Il layout open space è aperto e la luce penetra attraverso le finestre lungo la parete frontale. Lo spazio è perfetto per famiglie, sciatori o chiunque desideri semplicemente allontanarsi dal trambusto per godersi al meglio lo scenario del Vermont. L'area sciistica Jay Peak è a soli 15 minuti di distanza con escursioni, sci, pattinaggio su ghiaccio, golf e il più grande parco acquatico al coperto del Vermont. Newport, Vermont e tutti i suoi servizi sono a soli 30 minuti di distanza. Stowe, nel Vermont, è un bel giro di 45 minuti e Burlington è a poco più di un'ora di distanza. Il sentiero Vast è anche a pochi minuti di distanza. Avrai la sensazione che il Vermont stia qui con le pareti accentate di pino e cedro in tutto l'appartamento mentre sei circondato da fuochi e alberi proprio fuori dalle finestre. Questo appartamento ha due camere da letto, un bagno enorme con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Hai anche un layout aperto per la zona giorno e pranzo. La cucina comprende un frigorifero di dimensioni standard, piano cottura, forno, microonde e lavastoviglie con un sacco di spazio sul bancone. Abbiamo un letto matrimoniale in una camera da letto (può trasformarsi in due gemelli se necessario) e un letto matrimoniale nell'altra camera da letto privata. La zona giorno ha un divano letto disponibile anche per dormire.

Property was very clean and the location was easy to find with comfortable accommodations. Will definitely keep it on my list for a place to stay when skiing Jay Peak.Host was very prompt in returning messages

Place was very nice and very clean. Excellent location for Jay Peak. Depending on time of year you may need AW drive. Also if you're a light sleeper probably best to bring some ear plugs as the owners about above you. I would definetly rent again.

Difficult to review this property as the listing is mostly at fault.
Let's start with the positives: Property was clean, in good condition, and the area was fantastic. Plentiful nature and stars, and the air was clean. The hosts were friendly and getting there was easy.
Now onto the negatives: Firstly, the "Entire Apartment" is easily misinterpreted. I certainly thought we were getting the whole property to ourselves. This is NOT the case. You get the downstairs and the hosts live upstairs. Nowhere in the listing does it say this, and so it was rather shocking. Next, they have dogs, whom barked for nearly an hours upon our arrival. They are upstairs, so you hear the dogs and people walking and moving about. The property is NOT soundproofed. We heard action movies being played upstairs at night, as well as all the movement. This was rather upsetting as we expected a quiet stay. Because the property is shared, we also couldn't close the upstairs lights at night so you have to walk a bit away from the property to enjoy the stars. My last negative is the toilet, which was rather small and a little low to the ground. I'm rather tall so it was difficult to sit on it. The water pressure for the shower was low but that could be due to the area so I can't fault them for it.
My advice to owners: Change listing to include mention of shared house, I would say "Downstairs apartment". Install a bit of soundproofing and a new larger toilet and this would be a 5/5.
