Porta alla Croce Guest House

The hosts were amazing! Sergio and Ada were super friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. Before we arrived, Sergio gave us clear, step-by-step directions from the train station, making finding the apartment completely hassle-free. Upon check-in, they even gave us a map with all the main attractions and local tips marked on it, which was incredibly helpful for exploring Florence. The room was spotless and cleaned every single day during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is ideal—within easy walking distance of all the major sights, cafes, and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence, and we would love to stay here again on our next trip!

The guest house is on the fourth floor without a lift. But Sergio take the luggage to bring to us. Sergio is number 10

Property was really clean and well equipped for our two night stay. Sergio and his wife were lovely hosts, really accommodating and helpful with their tips ok Florence as first time visitors.
