The hosts were very sweet and easy to contact. They showed us around the house and offered some great suggestions for local entertainment and food. The house has an amazing view from the patio where we spent most of our mornings and evenings soaking surroundings. I hope to be back to this property again in the future.

Great owners. So helpful and great communication. We had a great time. Beautiful property.

This property is literally right on the lakefront of Big Bear Lake. You can not get any closer to the water. The location is set among huge boulders of an area known as Boulder Bay. The area where the house is located is very quiet. The hosts are great people, who meet you at the house upon your arrival. The home is very comfortable, from the living room to all the bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of room for two people to work on preparing meals and has more than enough dishes and cookware to prepare meals for a crowd.Outside, there are several large deck areas to sit and enjoy the views of the lake and surrounding area.My wife uses a mobility walker and had no trouble moving throughout the house. Our only issue was the two steps, getting to the front door. One of the steps is a little higher than the other and there is no handrail to assist in getting up the steps. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, thanks in part by how welcoming the owner/hosts were, and the fantastic location

The host were very nice, even greeted us to fill out the paperwork at the locationI’ve always wanted a lakefront view in big bear and this was world class viewThe stars were amazing the pelicans and the ducks were amazing and the sunset was amazingThat being said, there hasn’t been an improvement in the place in probably 50 or 60 years; If you’ll settle for an amazing lakefront view this yourPlace
