Luxury villa with panoramic ocean view
La casa si trova in una zona imbattibile per le persone che vogliono soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo, ma con facile accesso alle aree commerciali, alle spiagge e all'autostrada. Cueva del Polvo è una cittadina piccola e molto autentica, la cui quasi non esiste nel sud dell'isola, in realtà una facciata della casa è possibile vedere una chiesa e la piazza. Supermercato Mercadona a pochi chilometri dalla casa e dalle spiagge che ogni anno ricevono la bandiera blu per le sue acque cristalline, si arriva in 3 minuti. Nella zona di Alcala Beach (Jaquita) c'è un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito e un bar che serve cibo (sulla spiaggia) fino alle 17:00. La spiaggia La Arena (Puerto Santiago) a soli 3 minuti in macchina..Ulteriori informazioni su luoghi di interesse, sentieri, ristoranti e spiagge che offriamo sempre durante il vostro soggiorno! Saremo disponibili ogni volta che sarà necessario.

House is a three story building with open kitchen/livingroom and first bathroom on the ground floor. Ground floor is quite dark, only patio doors for light . First floor contains three bedrooms and the second bathroom. The second floor consists of two separate terraces, one overlooking the coastline and ocean.
The house is relatively new and was very clean but needs some TLC. The door to the back terrace doesn’t lock anymore. The curtains in the master bedroom have water stains. The bathtub in the upstairs bathroom has stains/is damaged. The remote control for the garage doesn’t function (but door can be opened by pushing a button on the wall) and the garage door regularly reopens automatically after closing it. A lot of the downstairs ceiling lights are broken/don’t function.
The kitchen has a lot of appliances (juicer, toaster, kettle) but the kitchen lacks basics as a whisk or spatula. The pans and frying pans are worn and not good quality.
The washing machine is outside on the downstairs patio. It works properly. As do the other appliances.
The house is a bit off the coast in a residential area. Is near the major roads and easy to get to and from. A car is necessary. Supermarkets nearby.
Overall we had a pleasant stay, because of the layout of the house we wouldn’t stay again.
The owners is very friendly and responded quickly, for instance for check in which is done remotely by giving access to the garage where a key box can be found to open the front door.

Aangename ontvangst en tijdens het verblijf goed bereikbaar. De vakantiewoning is goed uitgerust. Rustig gelegen, mooie uitzichten vanop de dakterrassen. Auto wel noodzakelijk.
Aanrader voor een aangenaam, rustig verblijf.

This is a very nice and spacious house located in a village.
It is close to shopping and to the beaches (you will need a car), yet free of the mass tourism feeling. Equipped with a garage and two terraces it really has all you need to have a private vacation for your family.

Beautiful house, get away from it all but be within touching distance of nightlife if that's what you want.
Live with the locals, perfect.
