First time guests celebrating our 54th Anniversary. Hotel was clean and if we had children there is tons to do. Everything was good. My bed in 327 seemed very soft like maybe getting close to replacement. Of course, it could have been me! We always stay at the Best Western and this was an upgrade for sure. Thank you.

cleanliness, great bathroom quality of water pressure, towels, safety features and space for putting linens, etc
comp breakfast was below average. Coffee okay; by 8 am they were out of almost everything; no decent fresh fruit options and the housekeeping person kept wiping the counter where the coffee service was while I was trying to get my coffee--had to move out of HER way!
