The hotel is across the street from the tram station, which is great, especially at the end of the day.
Breakfast could have been better.
We had a room without a window which was a little strange.
Still, very comfortable and clean which is what matters most.
The parking is expensive for such a high priced hotel.

Clean rooms
The only elevator broke on the second day and was still not fixed by the 4th day when we checked out. We were on the 4th floor. There was a service elevator in the back that one employee said we could use because my mother is elderly, but other staff who saw us tried to prevent us from using it. It should have been made available to everyone. The hotel staff also never offered to move us to a lower floor. It was very poorly managed.
