The condo is beautiful. So very clean. I could have stayed in the comfy bed all day. The bellhop cart was a wonderful surprise. I love Ave and the people there are lovely.
I wish I could have accessed my streaming services on the tv.

The location right across from Ave Maria Church on the Piazza was perfect! We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the piazza. It was a lovely time.

Publix, stores and restaurants are a walk away.
Nice views from the apartment and nice place to go out for a walk.
This apartment is in need of TLC ASAP!
As soon as we walked in the laundry closet fell of the rails. The apartment overall was dirty - there was dust on the furniture, crumbs and other stuff in the kitchen cabinets, master bedroom shower had black stains between tiles (mold?), carpets were gross, and the floors were not properly swept. The dishwasher wasn’t working. The trash can was broken (top came off). The microwave was missing the plate. Silverware, cups, and plates were incomplete. Closets were being used as storage. The furniture is in pretty bad shape - some of the dining room chairs/sofa cushion needs to be replaced, tables are super scratched. Only 1 key was given to us (the one in the lockbox) along with 1 FOB which was left inside.

The location was excellent, allowing us to access walk paths, town events and shopping very easily. The apartment was spacious and elegantly decorated. The kitchen is well equipped allowing us to cook our own meals easily.
Nothing that I didn't like. It is a beautiful apartment and location is excellent. You get the best value when you book for a longer period like we did, since cleaning and other fees are the same even if you stay for 2 days or 2 weeks. So the longer you stay the better the value.

clean, well decorated, stocked with everything we needed.
Nothing negative to say about the property, but we were really bummed we couldn’t have access to the pool because we didn’t stay for 30 day minimum. Because it was HOT.
