We had a quick stay for a family event. The property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and there weren't crazy check out instructions. If we come back for another visit, we'll definitely stay here again.

Senior travelers here: This rental is an oasis of QUIET in a neighborhood of established homes. No animal noises, traffic noise, neighborhood noise, nothing. It was very restorative to stay here. High wall A/C units work well. Will rent this one again!

This space was exactly what we needed for a week long visit with nearby relatives. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and comfortable spaces to relax. We absolutely loved being able to park our car safely inside a garage and walk. The hosts were able to let us add an extra day to our trip and we appreciated the quiet and privacy of their guest house.

Have stayed at this property previously and perfectly suited for 1-2 adults. Had a problem with tv and owner who is onsite fixed it immediately. Definitely my go to place when in atea

Great location in a very nice residential neighborhood. Quiet and spacious with all amenities noted in listing. Numerous eateries in 1/2 mile to 2 mile radius. Will definitely utilize this location again for my fishing trips in local area. Close access to Hwy 99 makes this an ideal location.

Was perfect for us while our home was being remodeled. Ryan is super nice, friendly and helpful if needed. Only suggestions we have is to have more bath towels, wash rags and kitchen towels. The sofa is very soft and hard for older folks to get off; a nice comfortable chair with arms would work. And a floor lamp for reading would be a good addition. These are only suggestions, not complaints. Thanks, Ryan; it was great meeting you.
