Host was great, and check in quick and efficient. This property manager was better and check in easier than our last stay at the property with a different management company.

Clear instructions on how to get to the property and check in and out.
All necessities and comforts
They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable even with a broken heat pump, which was repaired promptly.
It would have been nice to have 2 ensuite bathrooms, but that's not how the properties are laid out so no sweat.

Location was good.
The property was advertised as air conditioned. That is very misleading. There was one air conditioner on the 2nd floor and no air conditioning on the ground or 3rd floor.
