It's a nice accomodation with a room, a shared kitchem and shared bathrooms. The staff is as welcoming as they can be. Cleaningness of common areas, beds and general environments are enough. Hospitality-wise: I felt welcomed and helped. I had to take a shower and I was goven a towel since I didn't have one; the host took me to a bank cashier by motorcycle since I needed money to buy groceries and food (although he did ask for a small contribution for the ride: 20MAD) and lastly, he did his best to communicate amd help me during my stay.
The host didn't speak english or french or any other language other than Arabic.

proximity to the airport -10 minutes by car
the room in the pictures wasn't the same as in reality
if you want to sleep at 11:30 p.m. it's difficult with the people talking in the lobby and the floors
