Questa bellissima proprietà di recente costruzione è stata progettata pensando alla famiglia, con fantastiche viste panoramiche dal giro di Bluff a Granite Island e oltre.
Al piano superiore c'è una grande area coperta con barbecue e posti a sedere che scorre dal salone open space, cucina e sala da pranzo con aria condizionata a ciclo inverso, che sono tutti perfetti per intrattenere. La moderna cucina contiene tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, con un grande forno e un piano cottura, perfetti per nutrire tutta la famiglia. La camera da letto principale è anche al piano superiore, che contiene un letto matrimoniale e ha un bagno privato con doccia e vasca. C'è anche un ulteriore bagno al piano superiore e vanità.
Al piano inferiore ci sono altre 4 camere da letto, con 1 letto KingKing, 1 letto Queen, 2 letti a castello e 2 letti singoli, con bagno aggiuntivo, il tutto in un'altra grande camera familiare completa di TV, DVD e console di gioco. C'è una grande area pavimentata sotto il piano di calpestio nella parte anteriore della proprietà, e un'altra nella parte posteriore della proprietà, così perfetta per mettere la barca fuori mano se necessario.

We needed to stay another few more days , it was too short but we absolutely loved it , it was roomy , modern and had everything we needed to make our trip the best

The property had everything you could possibly ask for to keep everyone entertained. Definitely recommended it and will be back

The property is well maintained and has ample space for accommodating 10+ people. Lots of board games, wifi connection, smart tv and nice sea view from veranda.
Few points for consideration:
The bedrooms can be really hot during summer as the ceiling fans are very slow. There is no air conditioning in downstairs hall room or in any bed room downstairs. A small peddle bin in downstairs hall room could make life easier. The property doesn't have any garage or shed.

- Could have been cleaner i.e.: the stairs needed cleaning, and the supplied bedding was old and tired. Stained pillows on the bed which were date stamped to be replaced in 2014 and the electric blanket was so badly stained I took it off the bed.
The extractor fan in the en suite was thick with grey dust.
- The bunk beds squeaked really bloody loudly
- Need somewhere for food storage in the kitchen (for items not needing refridgerated)

This place has it all if you have adults and children (pre-teens and teens). The adults stayed upstairs and socialised while the kids enjoyed their own space to have fun, dance and play together.
The layout of the house and the bedrooms are perfect.
The kitchen is a working kitchen and with the dinning table, lounge in the loungeroom plus the massive balcony deck, there's plenty of room for everyone.....you don't feel overcrowded (even with all 12 bods all upstairs).

We enjoyed our stay the views were stunning and the weather great . We thought with the lovely view windows could have been clean and the dinner set was badly scratched and several chipped pieces but we all had a great time .

Fantastic location, plenty of room for sleeping, living areas and the outdoor area upstairs and downstairs had plenty of seating. We were a family of 10. It was safe for our 7 and 5 year olds.

Family getaway
We had a lovely time, the whole booking process was very smooth and easy. We wish there was some heating downstairs of the property as it was chilly for the little ones during the night. The property was fresh, inviting and cosy.

Wow !
Wow, what a great place. We nicknamed this the "Encounter resort". A wonderful space that exceeded our expectations. We loved drinks and meals on the balcony with spectacular ocean views . Will definitely be back.

Great location and facilities
We stayed here with a large group and had a wonderful weekend. Location was great, the views from the deck were just lovely. Easy access to lots of lovely walks around the bluff and beyond and also to the riding trail into Victor Harbour. Plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining.

Brilliant home!
We made the booking for a family gathering of 12 people with all relatives coming from interstate. We were absolutely delighted with the home. It is beautifully decorated and has quality furnishings and great provisions. We were pleasantly surprised that the size of the living areas and the view were even better than what the photos show. And the deck - HUGE - just terrific!! We are so glad that we chose this home as it helped to make a very special occasion just perfect!
