Easy to arrange booking even if we arrived late, at. 01 in the morning. Nice room with clean towels already folded on the bed. Nice touch with tea facilities and biscuits available in the room.
Bed was bit short and hard, there was no parking on site and no hot water in the shower. We experienced only cold showers in evening and in the morning.

The pillows were so hard that they were very uncomfortable. This was the main negative of the stay and otherwise the hotel was good!

Online pictures were deciectful, had to ask to change room twice, once because our room was really claustrophobic with a broken mirror and window and second time because there was water leaking in through the winder during rain. Wallpaper wasn't even glued properly, the furniture was yellow with age, missing remote for the mirror TV in the bathroom. Waited 10minutes to have someone at the reception. On the day booking out there was no electricity in the hotel so we had to take a cold shower in the dark and since there was no electricity we couldn't pay by card so we offered to pay via RIB and they overcharged us by 30ish. Overall stay was miserable.

Comfy bed, great kettle, great shower. Great view & excellent location. All the sockets and lights worked, which seems rare these days. Didn't try the TV though.
Wardrobe was very small and no good for hanging my dresses. Would also have preferred different/extra pillows.

Beautiful view above Bormes from the hotel. Nice old-style (but well maintained) family-owned hotel (not a chain). Love the vibe and quiet. Nice staff
The room was little small but big and confortable bed +But -hey!- What to expect for the most affordable rate?!

Overpriced and not clean, room smells like bathroom, bedside tables are dusty, lights in room don’t work. 11 euros for 1 bread roll and 1 croissant and juice. Terrible experience. You can enjoy views of the village - simply walk around the area but don’t bother staying here.

Very cute little hotel, extremely well located in the village of Bormes les Mimosas. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms.
No car park available, only a public carpark which is located very far away and on a very steep land which we have to literally climb up and down by foot.
Staff at the breakfast is extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming.

The staff was available to help us in our needs. The terrace is nice. The room was furnished with two power plug adapters

The bathroom had a bad odour coming from the sink.

The room 5 ...for which we paid Booking.com for an upgrade 2 months earlier was a lovely but we had to negotiate a sipplement from €50 per night to €30 per night to get into it...as the manager refused to acknowledge our upgrade although I had my email proving it on my phone
.The manager- or if political correctness is essential - the manager's attitude: his reluctance to engage when we saw the room allocated to us, treatedus with total disregard- shrugged off the email confirming our pre-paid upgrade when we explained that we had paid for an upgrade.
Having agreed to pay a supplement directly to get out of the room ( Room 14) for part of our stay he hadnt the social skills or professional training to acknowledge us when we crossed paths overvtge following days
The fact that he had our belongings moved when we were out of the building.
The worst hotel experience of my whole life...and I worked in tourism for a number of years!
According to him nothing had anything to do with him - he actually said that we shouldn't have confirmed the booking if we werent happy with the photo of room 14...
Appeared unaware that guests don't know what room is allocated to them until they arrive at the premises.
The singular least professional hotel manager I've ever met.

The room was small (to be expected in France) but everything was top notch. Very nice.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy
It was really noisy from the very morning. The cleaning lady woke us up together with a very loud alarm. we would have preferred to be able to rest a bit more and possibly without having loud sounds all the time
