I had difficulties trying to connect wifi the first day

+ stable wifi (40MB down, 30MB up, <10 ping) + big room with sufficient furniture and a big desk with a proper chair + big bed (king size) + a balcony + PIN based doors instead of cards or keys + appartement is located over a high quality cafe with a small food palette + high quality cafe with a bakery attached + TV includes Netflix etc. + a lot of small shops and food offers are nearby, close to university

- the walls are really thin and the doors do not seal off noise so you can hear your neighbours trying to reproduce very clearly (basically every night, several times) - no AC (it got a bit cool during rainy nights) - TV only midsize - closest mega store is Walmart (~10 minutes by foot)

i think that everything was ok
