Property was in a great spot - about 20 min walk to the Showgrounds for the festival we were attending. Has a little verandah and a nice view of the city.
Accessing the keys were easy with the instructions provided but it was difficult to figure out what part of the building to enter outside of accessing through the garage. Just keep a mental note on what entry way you enter/exit if not only going throught the garage.

The property is in a good location, close to good restaurants and the city.
When we were notified by the host that our apartment was ready, we were advised that the prior guests had spilt something on the sofa. The host stated that the sofa cleaner were available to come and clean the next day at 7am or 7pm, very odd times for guests on holiday. Given this was a 2 night stay it was extremely inconvenient. When asked if we could use the sofa the host suggested that we place a towel down the on it however upon arrival at the apartment we found there were only 2 towels available. The spillage was fairly significant and we were unable to utilise the sofa during our stay.
We note that the fire alarm was covered over. A bit worrying.
