We had a heating issue but it was fixed by maintenance. We had perfect communication via email.
If you should change anything you should change the toilet :-)

Amazing view from the living room and bedroom! Very nice interior, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Large balcony can be very useful in the warm season. The host (Mr.Karol) is very friendly and responsive. Great ski areas Gastein, Sportgastein, Hofgastein and Dorfgastain within 5–20min drive (nearby Graukogel ski area was not operating during our stay).
Very small parking space in front of the house.

Küchenzeile war gut, alles dabei was man braucht.
Schlafsofa war bequem
Extrem kleines Zimmer, keine 23 m2!!!
