Sia la zona giorno al piano superiore che quella al piano inferiore dispongono di divani estraibili per ospiti extra e tavolini che si trasformano in scrivanie per sedersi in TV. Quando hai finito in spiaggia o in giro per la città, il nostro pittoresco cortile ha una doccia esterna con acqua calda per lavare le dita dei piedi sabbiose. Il cortile è abbastanza grande per sedersi e rilassarsi con posti a sedere all'aperto, un tavolo da camino, un secondo barbecue e un tavolo da pranzo per godersi i pasti all'aperto nel proprio spazio esterno. C'è un garage per due auto e spazio per tre auto nel vialetto, così come un parcheggio in strada, e un parcheggio di accesso alla spiaggia (che si chiude al tramonto) è a pochi passi di distanza. È necessario contattarci per aggiungere più di un cane alla prenotazione, se consentito. $ 20 per cane, a notte. Se gli animali domestici sono ammessi, il costo per il primo cane sarà incluso nel costo totale elencato. Note sul parcheggio: due delle tue auto si adatteranno nel garage. This house was amazing for our family. Plenty of room for everyone and a private apartment on the first floor for another couple. The neighborhood was beautiful and the views from the deck were spectacular. Great beach right across the street and lots of fun spots to visit nearby.

The property was very clean, and the location is absolutely perfect. No more than 30 seconds from the kitchen to being on the beach sand. The rooms are spacious enough to fit friends and family for a day together and the amenities in the house made us feel right at home. We'll be looking to come back again!!!

This was our second time staying at this home for the Thanksgiving holiday week. We stayed in 2021, and returned in 2023, as it has a wonderful kitchen for preparing a holiday meal, and is such an amazing location. For the most part, it is an awesome home, with great spaces for family time, dining, and restful sleep. The beds are pretty comfortable, with ample and clean linens. You can hear the waves and nearby sea lions at night, which is pretty cool!
The kitchen is a wonderful meal prep space, however, this time we did notice some deferred maintenance issues that need to be addressed. For some reason they have disconnected the electricity to the hood over the range, so lighting and ventilation is an issue when cooking. Also, there were no hot mitts to be found anywhere this time, which made it extremely precarious to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. We ended up using wash cloths in desperation. Otherwise, we really enjoy the size and layout of the kitchen.
The switches for the recessed lighting in the ceiling need replacing however, as the dimmer no longer works, and the lights pulsate due to the defective switches. And, if you plan on spending any time, watching TV, you may want to bring some extra batteries for the remote. Honestly, the remote just needs replacing. As I am recovering from a leg injury, we spent more time than normal relaxing in the home and watching TV, so this was an issue for us.
Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we would return again.

Wow. Our family loved this beautiful home. All 6 of us slept here comfortably with spacious room. The upstairs living room and kitchen area was our primary hang out spot and we made so many wonderful memories and shared so much laughter. The best part was staying so close to the beach that was several steps away. We came from the suburbs of Chicago to stay here for 2 weeks and it flew by so fast! We loved visiting the sea lions too.
One thing was that there were a couple lightbulbs out, remote batteries were weak (we replaced them), and there were no oven mitts (which we ended up bringing our own). But so many other things were provided that we were grateful for such as towels, beach towels, beach chairs, many kitchen dishes, utensils, pots/pans etc., blankets and toiletries. We took advantage using that huge kitchen to cook almost every night as well.
We did not try out the backyard or the fireplace. We were enjoying the house upstairs and the beach! We also had an early Thanksgiving dinner as half of us live in different states. It was very nice to gather at this home, we look forward to coming back here soon!

Loved the two different floors and the separation for two families. The beach is walkable and the stars looks amazing at night. Lots of towels/cups and glasses which were very appreciated. Most faucets throughout the house were hard to use/turn off water from. Maybe because of rust? Rust was visible throughout much of the metal- maybe replace with non-rusting metal (curtain poles, locks, metal exposed to the exterior, etc.). Downstairs refrigerator did not work for four days. Sand came into the house during a Santa Anna wind storm. Window screens may have been able to help with this. Gets hot downstairs if thermostat is turned on upstairs. All the battery run candles did not work throughout the house. They look nice, but are deceiving. They all have non-working batteries in them.

Very tidy & clean. Plenty of extra bath towels and bedding. Extra trash bags dish soap laundry detergent etc. All the amenities you need to help keep the home up neatly.
Plenty of beach towels chairs a wagon & umbrella to use. Literally across the street to the beach. Neighbors were super nice. Great quiet relaxing area. Great sidewalks all around. Easy navigation in the area.

We enjoyed every minute, the kitchen was VERY well stocked with most anything you'd need, nice non-hotel feeling linens and towels. Was wonderful sitting in the living room with both the double doors open to the balcony overlooking the beach. Great high end appliances. We felt right at home and settled in, went for bike rides in the nice neighborhood and the Harbor. Would highly reccommend.

Home was beautiful in a safe neighborhood. The home didn’t have AC that was a little worrisome but after 2 nights it was fine. I would stay here again.

3rd time renting this house for our family/friends vaca, love the location to the beach, friends houses. unfortunately the neighbors had a 2 day party. With a DJ, approx. 100 guests on the 2nd night that kept us up till 130am both nights. Then they had the audacity to fill theirs and all 4 of our trash cans with their trash. so there was no room for our trash, had to take out some of theirs and stuff it in their over flowing cans. But the rest of the week was quiet

Beautiful house with easy beach access. There were a lot of beach towels and chairs available. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of pans, dinnerwear, and utensils. The outdoor shower had hot water which was great, especially for spraying off children.
There were a couple of small things, which is why we gave 4 stars instead of 5. The adult bikes were both non functioning, some of the bar stools were really wobbly (broken), and there was a little bit of an ant problem but we did find some traps and once we put one out they weren't an issue an longer.

5 Stars Home was very clean, Very nice great location. It was my first time renting a vacation home with vacasa was surprised by the instructions before leaving to strip all beds, washing all dishes and emptying all trash before starting the washing machine before our departure. Looking forward to doing more business with Vacasa.

First of all the home is wonderful- true to pictures amazing location. The lack of air conditioning is challenging as it was uncomfortably hot upon arrival - and didn’t cool down to a comfortable level until after sundown. All do this was manageable as it’s literally a few steps from a wonderful sandy beach where you can watch sailboats, surfers and find sand dollars aplenty. The issue I had was with management - I was there for a working vacation. Less than 24 hours after check in our internet went out - I called no less than 6 times with zero resolution until I called the emergency number and finally got a call back at 11pm. I lost 1.5 work days due to the lack of follow up. Additionally, every single remote in the unit had no batteries or dead batteries - batteries were finally delivered on our last day. Bottom line- while the property was fantastic the management was subpar. I rent a dozen vacation properties a year and have never encountered such unresponsive customer service.

House was clean and well stocked, comfortable beds and plenty of space in kitchen and family room. Garage parking was a plus and there is a bonus suite downstairs with mini kitchen, living space and bedroom.

Great location, a few yards from the beach. Kitchen is really well equipped, the house was very comfortable. Lots of outdoor beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and we loved the beach cart. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house had plenty of room for our family. It was clean and decorated very nicely. Having the garage and driveway to park our cars was fantastic as not many vaca rentals have adequate parking. The beach was literally right across the street so it was such a convenient location! And Silverstrand is a very family friendly beach...beautiful sand and no rocks! The outside shower with hot water was a plus! We will definitely book this beach house again! Thank you Vacasa!

The house is very clean, updated and fresh. The walk to beach is about 20 steps from the sand, you can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. We loved the house and are going to book it again as soon as can!!!!

We loved it all. Our family enjoyed all the comforts of home in this beautiful beach house. We had stayed in this same house 18 years ago. It was just as charming now as then. Everything was amazing 💜🏡🏖

This is a great beach house in a fantastic location super-close to the beach. There are essentially two separate living spaces, which was great for our teens to have their own space downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I received a day before an email stating i will get another email that will send me the instructions however we waited 30 min on front of the house trying to contact them to get a code. Then house was not well cleaned all dog hair or other pet hair on the floor under dining table. Frizzer was dirty. We wanted to make a coffee both downstairs and upstairs coffee makers were dirty had old coffee inside. Downstairs bedroom door that goes outside wasn't locking broken upstairs balcony doors were not locking as well. Upstairs bedroom tv wasn't working then noticed remote control is missing batteries.
