I didn’t have the gate code. The address is for the complex but finding the unit took 30 minutes. Then I didn’t have the code to open the door. I called the owner and messaged HomeAway. Finally got it after 30 more minutes. When we finally got in, the place had a smell. I ended up buying air freshener. The furniture is old and falling apart.. It smelled too. There was plenty of cookware and towels but no paper towels, extra toilet paper or trash bags. The complex is nice with pools, tennis courts and clubhouse. Found out when we got there that you need to buy armbands to use the pools and beach access. We drove to the front of the complex and walked to the beach. I didn’t know the checkout time and I had to ask several times. Owner finally called me around 730 am on the checkout day to tell me it was at 10am.
