Ampio appartamento di 2 locali (56m2) arredato con gusto, climatizzato, con splendida vista sul mare e sulle montagne dell'Estérel. La grande piscina è piacevolmente nascosta, come un'oasi, in un parco sicuro di 10.000 m2 con alberi e palme maturi. Quasi tutto l'anno puoi fare colazione nella loggia profonda o pranzare mentre ti godi la vista sul mare. La cucina è nuova e moderna dotata di macchina per caffè espresso / filtro, forno a microonde, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore ecc. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto molto pratico e comodo (area di riposo 140x200 cm), TV, lettore DVD e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. I 2 letti nella grande camera da letto sono ciascuno di 90x200 cm. Bagno e servizi igienici separati si trovano accanto alla camera da letto. Le tende elettriche sono disponibili nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto.
Parcheggio sotterraneo (per auto non più alte di 1,80m).
Ristoranti, panetteria e supermercato a meno di 200 metri. Il pittoresco centro storico di Cannes con le sue stradine e i famosi ristoranti e l'interessante mercato "Marché de Forville" si trova a circa 500 metri di distanza. Tutte le strutture sportive come golf e sci d'acqua in loco. La posizione molto favorevole di questo appartamento consente una vacanza a Cannes senza auto! Ottimi collegamenti in autobus per Nizza e Monaco. Belle escursioni (in auto) nell'entroterra verso famosi vecchi villaggi come Saint Paul de Vence, Eze o la città dei profumi di Grasse. Saint-Tropez e Monaco sono raggiungibili in circa un'ora di auto.

We enjoyed our stay, la plage is just a minute away and Cannes Centre Ville can be easily reached walking or scrolling on the board walk.

Just returned to the US from a fabulous week in the Côte d'Azur with my two young sons. Marianne was delightful and met us for check-in. She showed us all of the ins and outs of the property. The apartment was extremely safe and well appointed and we enjoyed the amenities from a washing machine to blackout shades. The kids and I especially enjoyed the very short walk to the pool and the sea. Location was terrific for all there is to enjoy in Cannes. I'd love to return one day!

This apartment is as described, facilities, appliances etc. Nicely furnished with plenty of space for two. My husband and I stayed for a week and my daughter joined us for a few days. She slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable and easy to use. At no time did we feel overcrowded. Our bedroom was very spacious with plenty of hanging space and shelves. Bathroom is modern with a good shower and there is a separate w.c. There were plenty of towels and the whole apartment was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you wanted to cook dinner etc. The lounge has a dining table for four, a tv and sofa.. We usually had breakfast at the table on the balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea and the odd cruise hip, sometimes lunch, but most evenings we ate at the one of the nearby restaurants. The apartment is in a good location and it is less than a five minute walk to the restaurants overlooking the sea. Maybe 10-15 minutes and you are in the centre of Cannes. The beach is also only a five minute walk. There is a lovely bakery nearby and a supermarket within 10 minutes. It is a very convenient area. If you dont want to walk along the seafront there is a bus stop at the front of the property within 2 minutes, and the bus service to the centre of Cannes is very frequent. Although it was mid September we used the swimming pool each day. The gardens are extremely well kept a delight to walk through. We have stayed in this area a few times but this apartment was definitely the most convenient for us as we did not have a car and could easily use public transport. We had not planned to do any sightseeing, but it would be easy to get to the main bus station and the train station if you wished.The owner was very helpful regarding any queries I had and always responded very quickly and did all she could to make us feel welcome. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends of ours.
