Situato vicino al Cottonwood Palo Verde Golf Club! Posizione perfetta in più di 55 comunità! Bella casa con piastrelle in cucina, ampio soggiorno, zona pranzo, 2 ampie camere da letto e bagni con ante armadio a specchio. Agrumi sul sistema di gocciolamento. Casa molto pulita, luminosa e luminosa. Aggiornato internet ad alta velocità! Affitti come questo sono rari da trovare quindi meglio affrettarsi! Lotto d'angolo vicino alla clubhouse. My family stayed in this house for a week during our kids' school spring break. Overall, the house worked well for us. The furniture is nice. The kitchen is a bit dated but met our needs. The bedroom pillows could use a refresh. Many were firm and a little lumpy. The community amenities are quite excellent though so I would recommend getting the guest passes if you want to use any of the pools, tennis courts, or restaurants in the community. We would stay here again as the location is very convenient for us.

The location was perfect as we were visiting family in Sun Valley. Check in was easy. The home was very close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to enjoy several activities in the Chandler and Gilbert area. The neighborhood was perfectly safe and great for walking. The home was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the Palmellos from the backyard! The neighbors were also welcoming! We would definitely choose this home again for a future stay!

Home was clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. Bed was very soft but that is personal preference. Seemed expensive compared to others but good experience overall..
