L'appartement est bien situé, assez proche du métro et dans un environnement calme. La chambre à coucher était grande et le lit confortable.
Seule la chambre a une climatisation. De ce fait, il fait chaud dans le reste de l'appartement dont la pièce principale.
La salle de bain / toilettes sont très mal agencés, et après une douche, il est impossible d'aller aux toilettes sans se tremper les pieds. Le nécessaire pour laver la vaisselle (éponge, torchon) est ridicule.

Very nice and big apartment. Great location. Nearby is a canal with many restaurants, cafes, and bars. There are supermarkets and metro is nearby. The city center is a 30-minute walk away. The interior is beautiful. Silent during the night. We had no problems checking in and always had assistance. The inside was clean, and there were plenty of clean towels and bed linens. The heating was working well during the cold nights. Lots of dishes and kitchen utensils. Not sure about salt, paper, oil etc since I didn’t cook at home.
At first glance, the apartment was very nice, big and beautiful. We were pleasantly impressed, but as we got there, there were some areas where it wasn't quite right. For example, the bed was very squeaky, and the bad linend was a little uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower was uneven. The kettle was so limescale-covered that we had to boil water in a pot. Also there was limited storage space in the bathroom, so we had to put things on the floor. But overall everything was good. I think the owners will be able to fix such little things.

We liked the location. The apartment is really convenient and spacious. There is air conditioning, clean bedding, and a comfortable large bed. It is very quiet, so you can relax and rest.

The cleanliness ends there. There are a lot of other people’s belongings, the kitchen is very dirty, and everything is broken. There is no microwave. The hairdryer is very old and unsafe to use. The kettle lid is broken. The kitchen furniture is literally falling apart. The frying pans were dirty and not washed. Everything is in poor condition and needs replacement. If you don’t plan to use the kitchen, it might work for you, but even making tea requires effort. Unfortunately, we would not stay again or recommend it.
