The rooms were done to a very high standard, excellent bed linen and towels. It was very clean.

My bedroom was amazing. Huge , beautifully clean and decorated with curtains! Lots of little extras, lots of towel and even flannels. Huge selection of teas and coffees and even hot chocolate. Cans of chilled fresh water extra glasses. Loved the tea bag caddy and tongs. Brilliant 👏

Peaceful location, nice staff and good food
Nothing really. Occasional poor signal on TV

Staff a bit lax. I think they are probably students. They aren't really on it and tend to forget what you asked for. My drink sat at the end of the bar for ten minutes in the end I went and got it myself. I have stayed there three times as it is a convenient location so I have experienced this lax service quite often, it's not a one off. The rooms are nice, food is OK, not great. Very popular I think because there's not much else around and it's convenient for visiting Lotus cars. Lots of parking.
