Everything was great! The room was clean and so spacious. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishwater and supplies! I would highly recommend this property. The amenities and staff at the resort were top notch. We got rides on golf carts with our luggage both ways. On site restaurants and snacks were a bonus. The pools were also great! Several to choose from.

Property amenities are great, wide variety of things to do, great place for families to stay. Our property was beautiful, right in the first floor easily located. Check in was a breeze, check out was even better. We will definitely be back!

Positives included location to Universal; activities on site including Pirates Cove water park, bowling, and the arcade; and comfortable beds.
Negatives were no access to Wi-Fi; a broken toilet that would not flush which they kept sending someone, but they couldn’t fix it which was a problem. Cleanliness wasn’t great; needs updating.
