Benvenuti al Canyon Trail Resort! Bella e privata casa unifamiliare indipendente perfetta per un rifugio rilassante. Il cortile è una vera oasi nel deserto con un enorme spazio verde e una grande piscina. Sole o ombra, questa casa ha tutto. Ottima disposizione per una calda atmosfera di vacanza e relax con amici e familiari. Amerai il paesaggio lussureggiante e le tonnellate di posti a sedere / salotto per tutti i gusti. Molti giochi all'aperto e giochi da piscina forniti. Ottimi ristoranti, parchi, escursionismo, shopping, tennis e golf tutti nelle vicinanze.

Madison Estates è un pezzo sereno di paradiso nel deserto. Elegante ma non pretenzioso. Città pittoresca tranquilla ma vivace. Il golf di classe mondiale tutt'intorno. Appartato, ma accessibile a tutte le cose straordinarie che la valle di Coachella ha da offrire: ristoranti di classe mondiale, golf, tennis, eventi artistici, spettacoli culturali, eventi sportivi, intrattenimento stagionale e ambiente vivace.

The space was spotless, comfortable, and truly felt like our own. The pool and hot tub were absolute highlights—perfect for relaxing after long days and enjoying quiet mornings. The hosts were thoughtful, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Five stars all the way!--- Option 2: Polished and Professional Our four‑month stay at this property exceeded every expectation. The home is well‑maintained, fully equipped, and designed for both comfort and privacy. The pool and hot tub created a resort‑like atmosphere that made our extended stay feel like a retreat. Communication with the hosts was consistently prompt and helpful. This is an exceptional rental, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a long‑term stay in a peaceful, high‑quality setting.We absolutely loved our four months here! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were total game changers—we used them almost every day. It was the perfect place to unwind, work, and enjoy some sunshine. The hosts were awesome and made sure we were taken care of.

Planned a little getaway for my family. My main concern was if the pool would be clean on a Tuesday? I was booking midweek. This was the only property that told us it would be clean for us to use. After confirming with the owners I decided to book. Once we arrived the pool was my first concern, so I had to check it out immediately. Upon approaching I realized it was dirty, mucky, and filled with bugs. I contacted the owner and within a couple hours, a pool man knocked on the door and told us they had reached out to come check out the pool. Even the pool man agreed it was not clean, so he took care of it. He ensured after a couple hours we will be able to use the pool. Thankful he got it cleaned or else I would have been let down. I would not have let anyone swim in that pool in that condition. So I am thankful they took care of it. Also happy my dog was able to join us. Pet friendly! Yay!Next the sink in the kitchen had a foul odor like it had rotting food, so we had to clean that up as well. Some dish soap and hot water did the trick. FYI bring your own paper towels and trash bags, although the trash can had one bag including bathrooms and kitchen with one roll(lots of TP) we went to the local market to buy extra so be prepared! Zero bag refills. Buy ice as well. The fridge is outdated, you cant trust that ice. Also A/C doesn’t get cold in the house, stays at 75. All in all it was nice swimming with the family for a few days. Quiet neighborhood too.

The property was wonderful and the pool was awesome. You couldn’t get me out of the pool. The sleeping pillows were not comfortable but that is the only downside of staying there.Easy access getting around placesI would definitely recommend for people to stay there

When we lay down on the beds there was enough dust as you can see your body imprint on the bed we also have to supply our own propane that wasn’t delivered
