Hotel Murati

Booking a room at this hotel was one of the best decisions we made! We had an amazing experience, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The receptionist (Kristina) was especially helpful in giving us an overview of the area and recommending places to explore. Even though the hotel parking was full due to high occupancy, the staff kindly helped us find an parking spot, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, just a 4–5 minute walk from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars right outside the hotel. The breakfast was also really good and a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, felt genuinely welcomed, and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable! 😊

Mi è piaciuta molto la colazione preparata artigianalmente La posizione è ottima Per raggiungere sia le spiagge con molta movida che quelle più tranquille. Lo staff è molto gentile e la pulizia è il comfort della stanza sono top

Tutto bene

Tutto fantastico personale, colazione buonissima con vista meravigliosa e pulizia molto curata grazie mille sicuramente ritornerò 😍🇦🇱

Good location. Good breakfast. Nice view from the Balcony.

I encountered a problem with the receptionist, who didn't speak English. Despite using Google Translate, she couldn't understand my request, resulting in an extra night's charge. I had to communicate with booking customer service, the reception, and the manager to waive the fees. After extensive discussions, the manager agreed to offer a discount for the last night. Also, the rooms were small, and I felt the overall value for money was lacking.
