Questo è un condominio a tre livelli che è completamente attrezzato. Il piano principale ha un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD, sala da pranzo e cucina. La camera da letto principale e la 2a camera da letto al piano superiore dispongono di letti king e condividono un (1) bagno completo. C'è una terza camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale situato al piano di sotto insieme ad un'altra area aperta che ha due letti a castello e un altro letto a castello che è un gemello in cima a un letto matrimoniale. Ha una TV a schermo piatto nella stanza aperta che è una stanza perfetta per i bambini o un gruppo di amici. C'è un bagno completo con doccia solo al piano di sotto. La lavanderia è completamente attrezzata. Zona tranquilla e boscosa con un ponte. Situato al largo di Mountain Road a metà strada tra il villaggio di Stowe e Stowe Mountain Resort (Spruce Peak e Mt Mansfield), cerca Cottage Club Rd, Stowe, VT utilizzando Google o Yahoo Maps per la posizione esatta.

The house is perfect for a group of people looking for a getaway in Stowe. Near restaurants and bars. Plenty of beds and bedrooms and very clean. Great kitchen and living room area for decompressing after a day on the mountain.

Had stayed at this property once before. Very clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and great location. Mattress in king room a little hard, and that's from someone that likes firm mattresses. Very much appreciated that there were adequate paper towels, toilet paper, firewood, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, and housekeepers even left some beer from previous guests. :-)

Thanks to our awesome hosts for a great stay and lots of help for our group. We enjoyed the house and we very happy to be mid way between the town and the mountain. Excellent family spot for a ski vacation at Stowe.

Had a wonderful ski weekend at this cozy house. 10 min away from slopes, everything is comfortable, wood fire stove with plenty of wood. Excellent communication and instructions from our host. Thanks!

Unit location to downtown Stowe and the mountain is great. Place was comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids but would get stuffy with too much more. Only complaint is mattresses are bad and place needs updating.

I contacted the owners and specifically asked if the site was wheel chair accessible and the response was there was a bedroom and bath on the first floor. aThe bedrooms were either downstairs or upstairs meaning I had to carry by 94 year old mother up or down the stairs. There was a musty moldy smell in the basement living area that aggravated her asthma. we left after one night and struggled to find acceptable quarters.

Excellent location but I think there may be mold in the basement
Excellent location! We saw the bear that the owner had informed us about. However, there may be mold in the basement as it is very damp and several of the members of the party had congestion not common of them.

Stowe vacation
Everything as described, super easy check-in/out, and great communication from owners! Perfect location for accessing both the ski resort and town. Recommended!

Great Condo and Location
The listing for the house was accurate. Great location to the downtown restaurants and to the Mountain. We had a great time at the Condo. We would definitely rent again.

Overall solid experience. Great location relative to mountain. Great for an up to 7-8 person group. Nice large dinner table to have a home cooked meal together. Included firewood which was a really nice touch. Per dollar a great deal also
Cons: the one TV was small. No faucet aerators. Front upstairs bedroom colder than back upstairs bedroom. Sheets could've been cleaner.

We had a wonderful time at Cindy and James’ place in Stowe for the holidays and skiing. The condo had plenty of room for our crew of 10 including the kids area where our teenagers could hang out together. The location was a very quick drive to the resort. The condo had everything we needed, and Cindy and James were also great hosts. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at the condo. The kitchen is well stocked and the wood stove was nice. It was 10 min from Stowe Resort less than 5 minutes to many restaurants and breweries. The common areas could be a little tight with 8+ people, but we were only 4, so the spacing was more than enough.

We had a wonderful time at Cindy and James’ place in Stowe for the holidays and skiing. The condo had everything we needed, and Cindy and James were also great hosts. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location
Attended wedding in area. We had functions in both Waterbury and Waitsfield. Location was great for both. Accommodated 8 adults with room to spare. Really like the bedrooms on separate floors from living dinning and kitchen. Very clean, spacious and comfy! Cindy was very accommodating and easy to reach. Only regret it was to short. Lots to do in the area. Would love to go back and stay here again.

Very near to downtown and Attractions
We visited this during Fall and really enjoyed our stay at this house, it is very near to downtown Stowe and other attractions, like Gandola Ride, downtown Church road Point for Fall Falliage.
Nearby farms and beautiful neighborhood for morning walk.
Also, the house includes all the basic amenities, basic utensils in Kitchen, big Dining table,etc.
