Roberto was an excellent host who welcomed us at a very late hour on arrival and was there when we needed him, without being intrusive. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and helpful, going out of his way to help us find a hire car on the first day.The property was clean, well-appointed and exceptionally well equipped. The views were stunning and the location perfect for our family holiday. We thoroughly recommend this property to anyone seeking some authentic relaxation!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. It was perfect for our extended family getaway. The views are sensational and villa ideal. Great terrace to sit out and enjoy the views and eat outdoors. Pool perfect for cooling off. Roberto is a very considerate host who introduced us to the property and was able to answer any questions we had. Can't recommend the property highly enough. Wonderful !

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberto's villa, the location was very convenient for the airport, shops, restaurants and beaches. Essential to have a hire car as steep hill up to the property, in lovely peaceful area with stunning view across to Tavolara. The villa is excellent, rustic charm, spacious, comfortable, quiet. The house is amazing, large and beautifully furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The pool is lovely, had a filter issue while we were there which Roberto quickly addressed. Pizzas from the oven in the garden were fantastic, thank you Roberto. Lots of fun on the table tennis table. 15 min drive to some amazing beaches and only 18 mins from the airport but no aircraft noise. We were aged 33 to 81 and all enjoyed our stay.
