Located on the first hills behind fashionable Forte dei Marmi, only a few minutes away from the fascinating Pietrasanta, La Selvaccia is a renovated, 190 m2, independent country house with a picturesque view on the sea and the valley.
The house is surrounded by 8000 m2 of quiet, mosquitoes-free private green with sea-view pool (5x3mt), olive grove, camellias, lemon/orange trees, pine wood and a stream; yet, it is only 1 minute away from the grocery shops, wine-bar and restaurants of the ancient borgo of Strettoia.
On the ground floor: living room with open fireplace, Smart TV w/Netflix, CD stereo; smaller living room with comfortable queen-size sofa-bed (can be a walk-through bedroom if needed), small billiards, and guest bathroom; well equipped kitchen; adjacent porch with wood oven/grill and dining table for 8 people; large cellar with rock walls, wine barrels and a stone sink.
On the first floor: master bedroom (queen-size bed) with en suite bathroom with shower and private terrace; sea-view double bedroom (queen-size bed) and twin bedroom (bunk bed) sharing a large bathroom with double sink and bath tub.
Outside: sea-view covered loggia with sitting room/game table; large portico with ping pong table and table football; open air dining area for 8/10 people; sea-view pool (5x3 mt) equipped with sun umbrella, sun bed, deck chairs, external shower; a portion of the garden is fenced and safe, perfect for kids.
The property is completed by a covered car parking;
The naturally sheltered location, the house exposure and the open fire place make La Selvaccia very comfortable on summer days as well as on winter ones.
IMPORTANT! Please note - the street to the house becomes steep, with narrow road curves, at the last hundreds meters; car/motorcycle needed.

Wir fanden alles so wie beschrieben vor.
Haus und Terrasse sehr gemütlich und ausreichend Platz für uns vier.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr
genossen.
Die Zufahrt zumm Haus ist nur mit einem kleineren Auto möglich.
Maximal Golf Klasse.
Lara war jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Das mit Stil und Gefühl eingerichtete haus bietet gut Platz für 5-6 Personen; der fantastische Blick von der Terrasse lädt zum sitzen und Seele baumeln lassen ein. Die Zufahrt ist anfänglich abenteuerlich, dann jedoch gut zu meistern.
Sehr angenehm, dass man fern vom Trubel der Strandpromenade und der Ortschaft ist! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort!

Ein wunderbares Haus mit einem romantischem Garten.Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.
Für die Zufahrt braucht man ein kleines Auto .

Wir hatten eine großartigen Aufenthalt. Die Lages des Hauses ist einmalig schön. Die Zufahrt etwas spektakulär, aber mit dem Auto problemlos machbar. Die Aussicht auf Stadt und Meer entschädigt für die Bergfahrt. Sehr schön und alles gepflegt.
