Completamente ristrutturato casa arredata con 3 camere da letto, 1 letto matrimoniale con bagno di servizio, 1 letto a castello (doppia più completo), e 2 letti singoli. Tutte le camere sono dotate di nuovi a schermo piatto TV con un grande schermo piatto in camera familiare. Appena fuori dalla stanza di famiglia è il locale lavanderia dotato di una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice. Cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice fuori della stanza di famiglia. Godetevi la stanza di 3 stagioni al largo della cucina con il caffè del mattino o trascorrere il tempo sul ponte posteriore semplicemente oziare.

We were working at the Cape Cod Fairgrounds for a Scouts BSA event over Columbus Day weekend. Location was 5 minutes from the fairgrounds so perfect. We stayed 7 nights and it was primarily a place to sleep. Lovely touches like bread, butter, and jam for breakfast plus milk and cream for coffee.
We were able to meet our hosts mid week - lovely couple.
The property is newly renovated and very well maintained.

We had a great time staying for a family wedding close by. We had plenty of room and the house was excellent. It’s in a great location. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs, and binder of recommendations! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely quiet neighborhood. Beaches are nearby and the whale watch was wonderful. We saw so many whales.

Quiet home in East Falmouth which is a central location for many activities. 15 minutes to Old Silver or Chappy beach. Close location to Shining Sea Bike path and rental in addition to Island Queen Ferry. Close to Falmouth Commodores field as well. Home is spacious with more amentities than listed on site. Yard with fire pit and gas grill. Home owners very thoughtful and provided beach chairs and towels .

Don and Joanne are lovely and their home is wonderful! The house has everything you need and a lot of extra little touches which make it so special! It was perfect for our small family. Don and Joanne are wonderful hosts and we thought it was so special that they made sure to come and meet us and reach out to make sure all was well! We would love to stay here again!

I couldn't be more happy about staying in this home with my wife and toddler. The property was clean, spacious, close to many attractions, and exactly what we needed. The owners of the home were incredibly friendly and hospitable and truly made us feel welcome. I can't speak highly enough of the entire experience, and HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking.

This lovely, clean, well-cared for & well-appointed property has plenty of room for a family to stay. The house has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation. A car is needed to get to any stores, beach, etc. but nothing is very far away. The owners Joanne & Don McCarthy are a lovely couple & attentive owners- greeting us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband & I would highly recommend this property & will not hesitate to rent it again in the future.

This East Falmouth home was truly a home away from home. Joanne and Don are perfect hosts. Since we were there for Christmas, the house was all decorated, beautiful tree and all. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The kitchen had all you needed for cooking and Joanne even left supplies and goodies for our first morning there. We loved the warm, cozy feeling of the home and would definitely hope to stay there again when we visit our family in Falmouth. Five star all around.

Location of the house is near very nice restaurants and groceries.

I was on the Cape to visit my mother. The location was very close to where she is living. I was very happy with everything about the house. The owners are wonderful, the house was clean and had everything I could ever need. I will definitely stay again. Thank you Joanne and Don!

Wonderful! Don and JoAnne’s home is spotlessly clean and comfortable. They met us upon arrival and gave us the tour of their home; JoAnne even provided a few basics in the fridge, fresh fruit on the table and soaps and paper goods! We enjoyed our stay and will rent from them again!

Perfect for kids, lots of space to sleep and hang out, close to all sorts of fun activities but also very private. Don and Joanne were so nice to talk to, learned a little about the history of the area and their family.

We lucked out and found this property available for a last minute family vacation. We had grandparents and grandkids and this house worked out perfectly. The hosts provide fold out mattresses, so all the teens could be comfortable, and the older folks had private space. The location is peaceful and relaxing, and it includes a flock of wild turkeys. We appreciated all the nice little touches - a loaf of bread from a local bakery and a basket of things visitors might need, like toiletries. The hosts are locals and love to share info. Plenty of beach towels and parking too. All in all, we had a perfect Cape visit and you will too.

Donald and Joann are the perfect hosts. Their home is immaculately clean and they provided everything we needed for our vacation. We had plenty of space for our family of five. They also had AC which was much appreciated during our summer visit. The location of the home is perfectly located a short drive from multiple beaches, a short drive to the MV ferry, and was a 30 minuted drive to most of the other things we wanted to do like a whale watching trip, the Nantucket ferry, and the Heritage Museum and Gardens in Sandwich. We loved the home and the area and will definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Don and Joanne were super hosts, greeting us upon arrival, departure, and bringing a lantern over when the power in the area went out for a short time. The home was spotless, and spacious for our group of five. They think of everything and then some, in terms of supplies one might need when away from home. We would definitely recommend this vacation home, and would love to stay again.

Cape Vacation
Having previously stayed on cape at a resort we wanted to try renting to enjoy a slower paced, more private vacation. We had an excellent expansion in East Falmouth thanks to the property owners Don and Joanne. Their home was warm and inviting with small touches to make our experience feel special. Each room has its own air-conditioner to help beat the heat. Don and Joanne's restaurant/shoppe recommendations were spot on! We would definitely stay there again. East Falmouth is much quieter than the Hyannis area and perfect for families.

Joanne welcomed me to the property, gave me recommendations on local restaurants and beaches. Last but not least, the property mascots, the turkey flock, came to visit practically every day. I would definitely return!!

Lovely home and property
This home was perfect for our group of five, including three teenage boys. Very clean. We spent a lot of time in the basement area (very nice) and outside on the screened in porch. The grounds on the home are lovely. Made S'Mores one night on the firepit. During this time of COVID-19, it was great to have a safe house and a big yard to be in. Also, the house has a LOT of books, which was a nice touch. The owners are very nice and we would consider staying in the house again. We appreciate their hosting us!
