Location it was beautiful, very helpful host.

Nothing I didn’t like!

Location was good, quiet area and short walk to Guglie where you can get Alilaguna to/from airport (orange line) and vaparetto. It is also close to bars/restaurants of Cannaregio, but not close enough to hear the noise. Having the balcony was lovely, overlooking a fairly quiet canal. Washing machine would have been useful if we were staying longer than a few nights. Others said the sofa bed was uncomfortable, but we found it perfectly comfortable (and firm which we like). Also, communication was great leading up to our stay, and when we had difficulty finding the apartment (entirely our fault in the dark after a very long day travelling) we received instant help via messages which got us where we needed to be.

We were disappointed that the air con unit was taken away for maintenance, although a fan was provided. If I was being picky then it would have been nice to have more than one pillow each, and more than one wine glass.

The location was excellent. Plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby .Kitchen and view was also excellent. Bathroom great too. 9/10 Check-in was easy and early bag drop off was perfect for us to enable walking tour. . All good.

Nothing major. We're used to smart Tv's to watch late at night.

Estaba bien ubicado y tenía vista al canal. También estaba limpio

La cama no era cama. Era sofá cama y además muy incómodo. Deberían de poner una cama de verdad. El aire acondicionado tiraba agua así que ni pudimos usarlo.
