The proximity to the centre. Tilly was responsive to any questions we had. Parking permit included which was great.
We travelled with a couple of older ladies who struggled with how dark the steps outside the front door were, an outside light would be good.

The location for Harrogate Convention Centre was amazing
There was only one bathroom with 4 or 5 poeple sharing, so quite difficult in the morning

Comfortable, clean, welcoming, and very near the conference centre. We would come again.
It was all good

Lovely thoughtful extras such as milk in the fridge so we could have a cuppa on arrival before finding shops.
The location was superb for conference centre and shops, restaurants.
We had all the facilities we needed to cook, clean, eat, sleep etc.
The host was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!
The shower water pressure wasn't great so chose not to wash our hair this week!
