The Palms (ex "Southern Exposure") offerto da Luxury Beach Rentals a Myrtle Beach SC è una splendida 6 camere da letto 6. 5 bagni di fronte all'oceano a casa con enorme piscina, vasca idromassaggio e ascensore. Questa casa ha vista panoramica sull'oceano da quasi ogni stanza. La casa dispone di due suite master oceanfront. Tutte le camere hanno i propri bagni allegati e un bagno di servizio comune al livello principale. La casa dispone anche di una cucina gourmet con due lavastoviglie e grande barra. La casa dispone di un grande ponte superiore aperto al largo del maestro e di un ampio ponte principale coperto con zona salotto e area scoperta per prendere il sole. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto e il soggiorno ha 70 "smart tv. Il filmato quadrato della casa è di circa 5200. Piscina è 30 'x 17 e 3' a 5 'profondo.

I have had many rentals in the past, but this was BY FAR the best experience we have had. House was beautiful, exactly as expected. Extremely helpful support, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Would most definitely come back again!

Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this house. We would book this house again. there were a few things that were minor that didn't affect our experience there but see the following items.1) a knife set is needed 2) the one dishwasher doesn't work3) handrail on the deck needs attention4) refrigerator in the master suite doesn't work5) master bedroom door doesn't close so it can be locked6) a lot of fishing hooks and line was left on the ground where we walk which we cleaned up7) could use more hangers in the closet8) a few extra kitchen towels9) clean the pool one more time during the stay and provide a skimmer that we could use to help keep it clean10) ice maker needs cleaned very bad, we did not use it - there was black stuff in it. 11) remove damaged items left behind from previous guests - beach chairs, rafts etc12) WIFI could have been better

The location of this beach house was excellent, but the property itself really needs attention. Several of the beach chairs were broken, part of the fence had a broken panel, and the walkway to the beach was overgrown. The pool area was also poorly maintained and overgrown. It was frustrating to see the neighboring homes—rented by the same company—well kept, while this one was not. Although we saw the pool crew on site, the pool itself was not cleaned very well.Inside, we ran into multiple issues. Out of six bathrooms, one toilet had a broken seal that required lifting the lid to refill, and another ran constantly. The kitchen had an ant problem, and the sofa had noticeable stains that made it feel unclean. The second dishwasher didn’t work (and was filled with dirty dishes upon arrival), and the freestanding ice maker was also broken.Other problems included loose deck boards, a broken pool safety railing, and stained bedspreads that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. To make matters worse, the property did not look like the photos advertised. The listing should be updated so guests are not misled or disappointed by the misrepresentation.This house has a lot of potential, but in its current state of maintenance and cleanliness, it was very disappointing for the price we paid.
