Casa a due piani in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Il ponte ha una vasca idromassaggio ed è circondato da vecchi abeti di crescita e rododendri con molte altre piante e cespugli fioriti colorati. Diverse varietà di uccelli con vista sull'oceano e suoni di onde che si infrangono sono estremamente rilassanti e private. Le visite mattutine di tre cervi nella parte anteriore della casa sono il mio punto forte personale. Una pendenza graduale di circa 2 1/2 isolati è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla spiaggia, tuttavia è esclusa dalla zona dello tsunami.
La casa è attualmente divisa in un 1 ° piano incompiuto (1164 piedi quadrati), con il 2 ° piano completamente ristrutturato (1468 piedi quadrati) è il noleggio principale. Il 2 ° piano è stato completamente ristrutturato con nuovi pavimenti, finestre e porte. I nuovi mobili della cucina sono rifiniti con un bellissimo ripiano in granito color blu. Nuovo frigorifero, fornello, lavello e tutti gli utensili da cucina. Tutti i nuovi mobili a pianta aperta con tavolo da pranzo e lampada portano al soggiorno con un nuovo divano, tavolo da gioco, TV 50 "con lettore DVD e nuovo inserto a gas camino. Ci sono tre camere da letto con letti nuovi e comodini / lampade laterali accentate con porte armadio a specchio pieno e nuove tende. La camera da letto principale ha anche il proprio bagno e piccola TV.
Il primo piano ha un parcheggio in garage oltre agli spazi nella parte anteriore. C'è un secondo soggiorno con un nuovo divano, un piccolo frigorifero e un forno a microonde con una nuova TV e un lettore DVD. Questa area può essere dedicata ai bambini come "il loro spazio". Una stanza adiacente ha un tavolo da ping pong e freccette, questo spazio condiviso contiene anche la lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavandino profondo. Il terzo spazio può essere utilizzato come camera da letto extra se portate il materasso gonfiabile. Questa stanza contiene anche l'accesso ad un'area chiusa per il vostro animale domestico (si prega di rivedere le regole per i vostri animali domestici, se applicabile).
I piani futuri sono per nuove porte, finestre, vernice, ecc. Per l'intero primo piano, compresi due nuovi letti. L'esterno sarà ridipinto. Great vacation
Was a great and cute house, very quite great neighborhood. Great location but only down fall Was we had to leave vacation over. But we will rent this house again. Only thing I did not like was dogs can't go up stairs.

Great location, lots of room. Loved having all our family which includes our little dog.
The only issue was no batteries in the tv remotes.

Very clean and great layout. Perfect walk to the beach. Needs more plates/bowls/flatware
Very good. Will return if kitchen is stocked more. I didn’t like having to hand wash or run a half empty dishwasher after each meal.

We spent three days after Christmas in this home, 2 adults and four teens. Everyone had plenty of room. Downstairs had a bedroom, bathroom, living room with mini fridge and microwave. Also a ping pong table and dart board in the laundry room. The gas fireplace downstairs is not functional, other than that it’s a nice space. Upstairs has three more bedrooms, one master with a bathroom, also a main bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with a taller 4 person game table and a gas fireplace. A deck wraps around the second floor and has a hot tub, the biggest disappointment of our trip since we wanted to enjoy it but it hadn’t been serviced and smelled terrible. The gutters on the west side of the home need cleaned soon, the water was cascading over as we were packing things up and down the stairs. The beach is a short walk away, very easy to navigate through the small neighborhood to the access point. Also close to shopping, outlet mall ( though we had more fun shopping the local shops on hwy 101 ). The arcade on the hwy is excellent and had every game imaginable including ski ball, carnival games, and endless pinball. We had pizza from Gallucci's Pizzeria (excellent) Chinese from Foon Hing Yuen ( huge portions, so good! ) and burgers from hwy 101 burgers ( probably the best burger ever! ). It was an excellent getaway and can’t wait to do it again!

Christmas 2020
Th house was perfect for the 8 of us. Plenty of room and space to spread out. The fire place provided a cozy experience for Christmas morning.

Great spot close to the beach
We had a great time at Charlie’s place! It was exactly the vacation we were looking for. We got to go to state parks and the beach during the day and hang out in the hot tub and in front of the fire at night. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is so much space in the house. We went alone this time, but hope we can come back and share the experience with some friends and family.

Fun and refreshing
Charlie’s place was a wonderful sanctuary in the middle of Lincoln city and walking distance from the beach

Close to everything
Charlie's place was a nice walk to the beach and out of the tsunami hazard zone. Close to casino/stores/restaurants yet in a cozy older neighborhood. The main living area is on main floor. With having small children it was nice having all 3 bedrooms on one floor (the other bedroom is on lower entry level).
The flooring looked new however shortly upon arrival a cup of water was spilled and when i wiped up w paper towel it was filthy. Like floors hadn't been cleaned in months. There were dead flies in most of the windows (between window and screen) that needed attention. There were no large drinking glasses but other than that kitchen was equipped. Beds were very comfortable and bedding soft and appeared new. Plug for bathtub upstairs nonexistent so had to plug with wash cloth to bathe children.
Hot tub was extremely dirty upon arrival however I messaged owners that night and a hot tub maintenance person came the next day. The owners were so incredible nice and attentive. They were extremely accomodating!! This would be a great place for two families as the lower level has a bedroom and livingroom area. Overall I would stay here again :)

Friend Retreat
Charlie’s place was just about perfect. We had a couple hiccups, but those were due to prior renters, not the Owners, and the Owner was easy to get a hold of and quick to resolve the problems. The home was clean, perfect location and perfect size for multiple families with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy without being under one another’s feet even when the storms rolled in and we were stuck inside. We had a wonderful stay and will return again!

Cute, quiet neighborhood close to the beach. House is clean, spacious, with all the comforts of home. Great rental and the owners are super nice and great about communicating with you. This would be a great place to bring the whole extended family for a fun week at the beach. Or it’s great for a smaller group if you like having lots of space.

Labor Day weekend stay
We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. The area for the dogs to go potty was very convenient. It was nice to have a safe place to be during the pandemic for our annual trip. Thank you!

Beautiful and comfortable
The house was amazing and very open. The comfort of the deck out back is spacious and seats plenty. Great for friends and family to enjoy amazing time together. Close to shopping and beach access.

Great again
Our second time staying at Charlie’s place. Two blocks from the casino/ beach is hard to beat. They’ve added a bed to one of the room downstairs. We had a small issue with the cable not working for the TV. They fixed it immediately. We would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Charlie’s Place. Plenty of space, great location, and a hot tub!
We spent the thanksgiving holiday at Charlie’s place and had a fantastic time! We loved the layout and the space it provided for our family. The kitchen provided enough space for all of our baking/cooking. We loved the location and that we were in walking distance to the beach and close to the outlet mall and grocery store! Plus the bonus of the hot tub was super fun! We would definitely recommend Charlie’s place and would stay here again!

This home is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our Labor Day weekend. Just a short walk (or drive) to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice house, the property manager is amazing!
The property is lovely. You can hear the ocean from the house which is an excellent experience while you're soaking in the hot tub. As of right now, the listing has no photos if the downstairs, which was a little confusing upon arrival. With any questions, comments or concerns I was at to txt Kathy , the property manager, and get a response usually within the hour which was a huge plus to me as I ask a lot.of questions. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recomend Charlie's place to our friends and family.

Very Nice
Great property. Only two blocks from a great part of the beach. Home was clean and well maintained. Hot tub was also very clean and well taken care of. Parking is a little tight, but we also have two large trucks. We would stay here again.

Great Home-Wonderful Layout
The home was in an excellent location and the split level worked well for our family weekend! The space on each level was used well (the remodel is looking fantastic). Kids could play ping pong and relax downstywhile adults were upstairs! The scenery is beautiful as well from the deck! The owners were responsive from the time of the booking through my little additional questions throughout my stay. I’ll definitely recommend to others and stay again!

We had a Blast!
Our Lincoln City yearly tradition is still the highlight of or year, weather seems to always be perfect while we are there. Charlie’s place was the perfect getaway for our family this year as we finally were able to bring the dogs along with us on our adventure!

The house was nice! Would like to see the down stairs finished, and more seating in the living areas. Fire pit on the back deck was a nice touch. Beds were pretty comfortable. Good location!
