Single Family Home with heated Pool - Gulf Access and Boat Dock!!!
L'area della piscina è stata appena ampliata e completamente rinnovata, così che più sedie a sdraio intorno alla piscina hanno spazio. Dotato di una darsena, questa villa è il punto di partenza per splendide escursioni in barca per il Golfo del Messico. Pesca la tua cena e preparare da soli in piscina sulla griglia barbecue sul! 2 Doppelkayaks sono a vostra disposizione per gli ospiti. La casa vacanza è molto tranquilla in una zona ben tenuta, ma è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti ristoranti e negozi. Il supermercato è a 5 minuti. Da Aeroporto di Fort Myers 35 minuti di auto alla villa. Le spiagge del Golfo del Messico, come Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel e Captiva Islanda Islanda, ti aspetta!

The property matches the photos. Our family had a great time. We enjoyed the pool, and canal views. Our boys caught 15 fish from the dock! We will be back!

When we arrived there was a construction trash bin located in the driveway blocking the garage. There were many cockroaches in the garage. The pool and surrounding area had grit from the roofing job that had just been completed. The "fishing gear" was no well maintained. two poles had broken tips (I repaired them) one reel was falling apart and was unusable. Two reels had no line on them. the "tackle box" was useless. There were no instructions regarding how to use the television and attached equipment. The pool was cold.
While the house was nice overall, but having expired food items in the refrigerator was not what we expected.

This house could be wonderful but the description is not accurate when it says "Lovely Remodel". The laminate floors in the bedrooms are nice and the pool deck area with brick pavers may be fairly new. I am not sure where the rest of the "Lovely Remodel" has taken place. The house was not very clean and it desperately needed paint. The fan above the table by the pool was filthy and the tracks for the sliding door were the same. Baseboards looked like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. Katie (Property Manager)was great in getting these issues resolved the next morning but we should have not had to call her for cleanliness issues. The house has a number of plastic plants that had not been cleaned or dusted in a long time. We had asked Katie to make sure the pool heater was on before we got there but the pool was still cold 2 days in to our stay. Katie had someone come out and it turned the heater had to be replaced. Katie was very good in getting that taken care of. The pool got very warm 5 days in to our stay and we enjoyed the remainder of our two week stay. The 2 kayaks in the garage were great and we used them right in the canal in the back yard. With a very good cleaning and some paint this house could be wonderful.
