I would like to say thank you to Josh, he was a very friendly person who was very helpful with any questions we had. Myself and 3 others stayed at Josh’s place from Feb. 18th thur the25th, we had a wonderful time at the place as we met 2 other couples that happen to be at or around our age and mingled with them. The place was comfortable and the cooking area and pool were nice. The only thing that I noticed is that there were small ants around the tables. Josh handled that by spraying the grounds around the tables. Not sure if there were fleas also as I still was getting bit at night. The only draw back for our group were the cats on site as one of the person in our group has a phobia with cats. We worked around that and I’m glad to say that by the time we left she was getting better with the cats. Jesse R.

Our stay was great! The place is close to alot of attractions and spacious. It was clean, tidy and had a great host who is very hospitable. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for our family of four. We will be coming back soon.

Apartment could use a good cleaning. It was great having a pool and as no other units were rented, we had it to ourselves. Kitchen items weren’t all clean (food still on silverware) and front of cabinets need a really good scrub. Limited towels available. 8 bath and 6 beach for the stay. Needed to do laundry. Washer/dryer is a shared unit and was occupied by the host at certain times. Host lives on site. Willing to assist but can be awkward when in pool and he’s there and was smoking. Cats also always on property so be aware if you have allergies. Host can’t control the following but there are roosters nearby and start in around 5 am each day.
