Stonetrail

This property was the perfect stop over before our boat trip on the island and St Vincent. We enjoyed the cozy and homey feel of the unit and the comfortable living space. The yard was nice and we enjoyed spending time as a group on the outdoor patio. There is a small beach at the end of the street. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean.

There was nothing within walking distance of the property, and it was necessary to take a taxi for meals, which were slightly over priced.

The location was good, the beds was comfy

The new construction being done was an eye sore, the electrical breaker kept trip off. There isn't laundry in your villa it can be done with a cost. There isn't anywhere to hang wet clothing.

Location was close to the beach and airport. Facilities were very clean, cool, and comfortable. Rooms were spacious; linens were clean, and AC worked extremely well- entire system cooled the entire house. Shower was not very high pressure; yet the water hot extremely hot! Cleaning service was very thorough- which we appreciated. Got clean linens and towels midweek; and the entire place was swept and mopped. Oona was very prompt and professional and always pleasant.

Location was not close to food options- so you need to ensure that you have transportation, if you aren’t open to public transport. There were two bottles of water upon arrival; yet no coffee or condiments; and no dishwashing liquid despite there being a sink and dishwasher. Appliances are a bit old and outdated and can be updated.

Conveniently located within walking distance to beach. Very clean and spacious Presidential Suite. Large furnished balcony with overhanging roof providing shade. Melissa was helpful in arranging taxis and cleaning service (every 2nd day).

Maintenance staff always gave lame excuses. We had to argue for 4 days to have a safety deposit box installed despite this being promised by the manager before we arrived. The 2nd day after we arrived, we bought several hundred USD worth of groceries locally only to discover that the fridge didn't work. It wasn't fixed until the 4th day of our 8 night stay so you can imagine how disappointed we felt. Noisy noisy noisy - due to ongoing onsite construction right outside the bedroom windows. One of the cleaning staff did not refill the dish soap dispenser but filled it with water!
