10mins away from the busy area of Shibuya. Room is clean and complete with facilities. Near the bus station and convenience store. The owner responds promptly to my queries and requests. Very accommodating and friendly.
The room may be a bit small for group of three people but manageable considering all the good stuff I mentioned above.

The hotel was beautiful and staff was lovely. We appreciated the free drinks from 4pm till 10pm (matcha and coffee, hot or cold) and the tables in the common area.
The mattresses were way too soft (we asked to have one mattress changed since it was so uncomfortable, which was better, but still not ideal). The rooms are quite small, it’s hard to even fit your luggage inside. It was also very warm (even though the weather was cold outside), we were sweating most nights and if you turn the A/C on, it’s very noisy and cold so no satisfying option. There was a subway stop nearby but the hotel is still far from everything.

大浴場がついててよかった。部屋にもユニットバスではなく、トイレとお風呂と別々の作り。駅までのアクセスもよく便利。
駐車場のサービスを確認してなかった。

お部屋が綺麗だった。大浴場とあって、ウェルカムドリンクに抹茶ラテがあったのも良かった

当初ネット予約でした際に、誤って一人のみの予約をしてしまっていたにも関わらず、男性スタッフの方は僕らに顔色一つ変えずに配慮した言葉を掛けながら対応して下さった事に感動しました。妻ともに感動しました。
若い女性スタッフの方で、あまり目を見てご挨拶して下さらない事に残念だなって思う事も一度ありました。ロケーションがもっと良ければ良いなと。ただ丁寧で優しい温かい言葉や対応は凄く良かったし、また泊まりたいです。

el tamaño de la habitación es muy pequeño. Las maletas no caben bien al abrirse incluso con maletas pequeñas.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem schönen Onsen. Gute Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit Bus oder Bahn zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig japanisch. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und die Dusche mit Massagedüsen.

Lovely room and very clean. Onsen was great and a relaxing atmosphere.

Probably only that last entrance for breakfast is 9.30am and clearly people want to have breakfast later as it gets a little busier then. No issue really, just need an alarm set ha!

I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was larger than expected, clean, and in great condition. The common bath was a nice touch (there is also some "improvised" humid room).
- I was not able to stop the air vent from making noise.
- The washing machines are of really low quality.

急遽宿泊を決めましたが、とても綺麗なホテルで大浴場もあり本当に快適に過ごすことができました！
すぐ近くにコインパーキングもあり車を停めるのにも困りませんでした。
また、朝ご飯もとてもおいしかったです！

The breakfast is excellent with both Japanese and Western choices. The public bath is nice. Our room is cleaned every day. There is a JR station not far away from the hotel and there is also a bus station. The room is compact as other hotels in Japan. It is difficult to open our suitcase fully but it is a common problem when we travel in Japan especially Tokyo.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The baths were very nice and always clean. Room was small but comfortable and quiet.
Maybe a little further from main areas I wanted to see than I had expected, but it wasn't anything bad.

The location is sort of convenient as both the bus and the JR train stops really close to the hotel.

The hotel is good for visiting Kyoto and nreaby cities as it located near a JR station 5 minutes from Kyoto station, with a very nice shower. The staff was very helful with requests about how to get to places. restaurants and where to find particular shops.
The room was quite compact, with little space for two trolleys. The Western choice at breakfast was quite limited. The neighbourhood is nothing interesting.

The breakfast was really good. We couldn't find places to eat near the hotel in the evenings, but the hotel had very good connections to the rest of the city.
Everything went well at the hotel, including sending our suitcases to Tokyo, the staff was very helpful.

Lovely comfortable hotel. Free bottled water in the room was a nice touch. Also you get a free drink in the evening. The location is nearby to a station that you can get to Kyoto station within a couple of stops. Nearby bus stops so it is a convenient location.

It has good location, onsen, morning buffet, and nice clean room
Nothing in particular, but I have chosen this hotel because of many great reviews about the breakfast. I must say that it was average. Nothing really speaking about it other than you can eat as much as you want.
