The property itself was lovely. Great location, nice finishings and layout. The customer service was also exceptional, friendly, responsive staff.

Linen shouldn’t be an added cost and have to be handled by the guest it should be built into the overall cost. The quality of the linen was terrible. Thin crappy towels, hospital sheets. Do the doona covers and patterned pillow cases also get washed every time? Gross if not. The house wasn’t properly cleaned, there was dirt on the floors, dust on the tables etc. not having small fundamental inclusions like hand soap is a huge inconvenience and frankly unhygienic. Small details that would cost barely anything brings down the whole experience of the stay. We were all frustrated by the little details that were lacking. Things like a sponge or chux, tea bags etc. The costs laid out in the terms and conditions felt like overkill. $50 for shifting a bed or $30 for one unwashed dish is ridiculous. We wished we paid more and stayed somewhere else but would have happily paid more to stay here and recommend it if the little things hadn’t ruined it. Put the price up and add these details to provide guests an enjoyable stay.

big open spaces close to everything birds come morning and evening on the deck for food. friendly and can hand feed

Really good for extended family. Spacious. Good size kit & living & main b/rm on first level with huge ensuite plus balcony with bbq table& chairs., Ground floor has 2 brms small lounge, combined laundry/ bathrm, carport, rear small courtyard.

Occasional noise from shops behind but not bad.

Perfect location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Would be happy to stay here again.
