Amazing building - nice to have a house to come home to
Maybe a little far away from the action but if you want quiet this is perfect

Beautiful and clean property
Poor lighting in the bathroom, the bathtub faucet sprays water outside of the tub and the photos are misleading about the size of the bathtub (it looks like a small pool in the photos. But the biggest problem is that the Kyoto tourist tax was not built into the cost when we booked it and found out at check in that we had to pay an additional $500+ USD on a $1K hotel stay. Definitely would not have stayed there had we known about that upfront; this should be included in the cost when booking.
6 / 10Nella media·gen 2023
no soap in bathrooms
bathtub impractical and takes hours to fill
checkin location differs from stay location
location not ideal and hard to find
