Very well equipped, pleasantly decorated, quiet indoors, lift, car space, location to beach and restaurants.
Purely because of our age and agility (or lack there of), we found the lounge a bit low.

Lacation was very good as we only needed to walk up past the IGA and we were looking at the water.
The unit was well appointed with everything to hand to make our stay almost perfect.
But with my wife and I being older and with back problems , we both would have appreciated more comfortable lounge chairs to relax in to watch TV or just read. My wife and I needed to sit in folding camp chairs the whole time we were there.

There was an awful lot of noise throughout the apartment from the utility pipes etc etc. all night. It felt as though there was a machine running non stop. And the wind and sound through the hallway on the Friday was alarming. Very loud whistling sound.

Jackhammering on same floor we stayed on.We left 2 days apartment 2 days early because of the noise

The property was fantastic. Beautiful, clean & in a nice quiet location, walking distance to everything you want/need. The apartment was sound proof from the other units & no noise carried from hallways or the levels above. The apartment was well organised with all the extras you need to make a holiday with the kids enjoyable and still relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need which was a wonderful change.
When we picked up the keys we weren't given any instruction on how to access the property, what was where or what the expectations were for parking, cleaning etc. These are things, which are handy to know especially if you don't vacation regularly. There was no contact details for the property manager so you has to contact the real-estate & the staff were quite rude on the phone.

Beautifully presented apartment with high end quality fixtures. Clean and tidy. Perfect location with only a short walk to the beach and shops

Location, location, location!!
After we picked up the keys we went to the unit to find the place was extremely dirty on our arrival. This is not the owners fault, but the property manager's fault. The unit simply was not cleaned before we arrived.
Dirty towels on the floors, dirty sheets on the beds, sand throughout the floors, dishwasher had dirt water left at the bottom of it, sand on the dining table, rubbish left around and the fridge was left dirty.
