Great value - excellent location - comfortable and clean

Location is brilliant, plenty of parking. Air Conditioning installed ( but we did not need it ). Washing machine and Dryer easy accessible. Rooms are neat and clean. Big Dining table is a plus, as you can drop all your stuff on it. No built ins, and ward robes are smallish. Fans in both bedrooms are working nicely.
Beds are really squeaky. Double beds not really for medium size Australian male, and the mattress of the single and bunk beds were noisy.
The couch comes into the kitchen door frame, and I hit my foot on it several times when getting out of the kitchen.
Shower head position is for very very very small people. I could just wash my arm pits without bending.

Great location. Spacious. Good kitchen
Pillows need replacing. Kitchen and vanity taps were stiff. Shower screen and shower location were dangerous. Need a grab bar on the wall.
