Owners: helpfulness and nice. Location: very close to Rte 155 & 159. Jacuzzi tub: though I didn't use it is a bonus to those love spa.

Comfort (pillows were very comfortable and bed too), vast selection of kitchen stuff (including a fondue set, indoor electric grill, towel paper, many cloths available, table cloth, and a high chair for our baby! - well equipped, kitchen didn't miss anything), well decorated chalet, vast selection of TV channels, fire pit (they let the wood and the paper close by), good air conditioner and ventilation system (35 degrees outside but the house was very cool and comfortable), easy check-in and check-out, beautiful apple tree close to the fire pit, asphalted street, parking with gravel, calm street, inside the house was very clean. Big area for the kids to run outside.

The first thing we saw when we arrived at the patio was a smelly full garbage bin with plenty of flies. We had to put it away, far from the house. The BBQ was so dirty inside, that everywhere was getting on fire, it is dangerous and could burn our meat too. We had to abort our BBQ and use the stove instead. The chalet is close to the highway, so all the time we can listen to the noise of the cars passing by (the street of the chalet is very calm though). The SPA didn't correspond to our expectations, it had a strong smell (of chemicals maybe, organic things?), the filters were exposed, the speakers are rusted. We tried to use it, but we couldn't stay for any long, because the steam and bubbles were making our eyes too itchy. Days after I got SPA folliculites, and it didn't go away yet! There were not shampoo and soap for shower, Luckly we brought soap for the kids and could use it. There is no supermarket close by. It is not close to access the national parc, about 40min away. We went to a rest stop to be able to admire the beautiful river. The grass was so dried because of the heat. The kitchen garbage was small, one day of use and we had empty it. Full cigarette plates on the front and back.
