My family of 7 grandsons, ages 8 months, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, and their parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights here. There was something for everyone to enjoy as well as space to be alone if desired. I think the hot tub was the most enjoyed spot but the children's play area was also well used by the little ones. Steve was so gracious and met with me ahead of time so that I could see if I needed to bring anything else. The kitchens were well supplied with all kinds of dishes, cookware and small appliances as well as a few standard grocery items left behind (perhaps?) by other guests like seasonings, oil, etc. We did bring extra beach towels, chairs and toys. We would only suggest adding blackout blinds in the queen bedroom on the second floor as it faces directly east and even on a cloudy day the room began lightening up at 5 AM or so. We realize this has a vaulted window where blinds would be hard to place but it would still be helpful on the lower wall of windows. We did appreciate the wonderful windows throughout the house and those looking out to the ocean. We all thought that this would be an excellent place for a future family reunion.

This house was amazing. We had a girls weekend and it was spacious and lovely. Great neighborhood and gorgeous view.

Clean for the most part which we really appreciate. When an extra Blanket was needed and we went to get one, brown stains found on blanket for the loft room.Maybe the process of just folding, and putting extra blankets back in the closet should be re-evaluated to have those washed instead
