This spacious home was perfect for our family. We will definitely return!

This is basically two houses in one. Lots of room. Very comfortable. Two washers and dryers made it convenient as we went through a lot of towels. Loved that there was enough t.v.s that the kids could watch their stuff and the sports fans could watch football. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. We would stay here again.

This was a great house for our family and friends to gather near the coast. It was functional, clean, spacious, and a lot of fun (for kids and adults alike!). Would definitely be a repeat customer if we come back to this area in the future.

We stayed at this place for a bachelorette weekend .
Beautiful home and setting close to the beach .
However the house smelled like dog pee so bad we had to have all windows open during the stay . Rotten boards on the deck that one of the girls actually broke though and fell.. dirty dishes . Ect
Was not expecting it to be like this .
hot tub was not the cleanest as we all ended up with a hot tub rash a few days after . Overall beds were clean and well equipped other than that a good location.

If you are looking for space with a large group, this is a good option. However, if you are looking for decent furniture and cleanliness, this is NOT the house for you. My family and I had enough room to spread out but the furniture needs replacing and the house needs a deep cleaning. We had to clean all utensils, drawers and kitchen surfaces from sticky, grimy dirt that the cleaners overlooked. The interiors of the cabinetry are unbelievably dirty. I sent pictures and contacted the owner directly who said he would send cleaners in for a deep cleaning in January, 2023 which did not benefit us during our stay. When we arrived home, the owner e-mailed me discounts for our next stay if we posted a 5-star rating. I find this dishonest and bad business to those of us who rely on those reviews before we book with VRBO. This house is nowhere near a 5-star rating of which many reviews listed...so now they get their discount and I ended up having to disinifect everything during our stay. I will be weary from now on looking at pictures and descriptions on VRBO as this particular listing did not truthfully show what we actually thought we were getting. Very disappointed.

They had a Christmas tree and baby gates! This was house was perfect for mine and my sisters family to celebrate Christmas. Two full kitchens. Hot tub. Great game room!

We loved soaking in the outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. AND,
In the upstairs suite the master bathroom has a soaking tub big enough for 2. It was a very relaxing weekend, we slept 8.5 hours one night!

There was plenty of room for everyone with lots of games and hot tubs . Plenty of dishes pots and pans and tv’s . The ocean view from the deck was very nice.

Well stocked for entertaining of kids and adults. It was easy to check in and out. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and on the spot for any problems that came. Would definitely recommend this house to everyone.

We had stay here a few times and enjoy the game garage, hot tub, 2 kitchen. Lots of room. The owner is great at communicating with you. Truly love this home.

This house was perfect for all the people in our group. Property had plenty to do! There is 1 bedroom though that is actually a loft with no door or privacy. Other than that, great stay.

Great spot , quiet neighborhood, Steve (the owner ) was Great very easy to get ahold of and quick to answer any questions. .
We had family staying in the neighborhood as well and it was a great place to host a family BBQ !

We stayed for Easter with our large family and the house was perfect for what we needed! The game room was a plus and we loved having the two kitchens! Will definitely be back!

I would have liked the spa to have been cleaned before we arrived, but that is the only thing. The property manager was easy to communicate with.

Wow! Is all I can say, this house checked ALL the boxes and ocean view was spectacular. The game room, play structure having two kitchens was amazing!!!! Thank you for letting us stay we will be back!!!!

The house was amazing, I loved the location. My brothers and I planned a very special surprise for my mom for mother's day. It was more than we were expecting!! All the kids enjoyed the game room and playground. Loved it so much!

Large beautiful home
Very big house with lots of room. The hit tub was awesome and very large. The game room was so nice on rainy days.

We really enjoyed the property with all of its amenities. We were slightly confused with the leaving procedure as most properties ask you to strip beds and start dishwasher. This was the opposite and we couldn't get the dishwashers empty in time because they weren't finished. Waiting to see if we are charged. But the property was wonderful.

really nice house, great garage game room, jaccuzzi is nice, outside play area for kids, lots of sleeping areas, nice views and neighborhood.
Could use some updating, 2nd floor carpet is really stained and a couple windows need fixing..Overall awesome place
