The property was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood, right on the dunes to the beach . . . great path. Love the red starfish that marks the path. Kitchen well stocked . . . Beautifully decorated for the holiday season.
Had an issue with a broken toilet part and the property managers got right on it! Checked in with us several times to be sure all was good . . . which it was!!!

The house was wonderful to accommodate our family for Thanksgiving. We played games, cooked a ton in the well-sticked kitchen and walked on the beach. Everyone had plenty of room and the views from everywhere in the house were incredible.

Family gathering for two birthdays. We had gale force winds to sunny calm days. The house was cozy in the storm and the wrap around porch a wonderful place to enjoy the sun. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked. At night we would have a movie showing in the theater. Everyone had there own bedroom space which made it super comfortable. The trail to the beach and beach walks were wonderful. We will return!

We had a family reunion on the Ocean Park peninsula. Our house was home base since it was so close to the beach and had the amazing wrap around porch! Really everything about the rental was amazing ... every room was comfortable, every bathroom had ample towels and space, the kitchen was supplied with everything I could need - even 2 fridges! We used them both. The house was beautifully furnished but not over furnished (aka cluttered) - there was room for everyone to walk around and sit. We could open the doors and windows and had the most refreshing ocean breeze flowing through the house. There was even a theater/game room but the beach was too strong of a pull … even for my teens! The walk to the beach was easy and the beach is wide and long ... one day I walked one direction and the next day I walked the other direction. Check in and check out were easy and the rental company was so efficient at answering my questions before I knew I had a question!! I would recommend this place without hesitation.

This is home is great! We spent 4 days with the family here. Loved all the space for everyone and how close the beach was. The property management had great communication via text and the house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Stores and restaurants are just a couple minute drive and Long Beach was quick easy drive. We would definitely book the property again in the future.

Seven us of Adults enjoyed a wonderful long weekend for the Drop Your Top Jeep Event in Long Beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location, easy access to the beach by Jeep or walking. The home set up was amazing to accomodate us all and it was dog friendly.
This would be a great home for friends or family and very kid friendly as well. We will be returning for sure. No disappointments!

This house was lovely with a nice view of the water from the upper floors and easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. The property manager were very responsive to questions.

Two couples with a dog each stayed here for a long weekend getaway. House had a great layout with a bedroom on the main floor, large living area (with plenty of comfortable seating and TV), lots of windows and large open kitchen. We made most meals here and the kitchen worked well for us. This is not a house for people with mobility issues with stairs and the walk to the beach, while not super difficult, is a bit of up and down. Also, cars are allowed on the beach this time of year (not sure if/when that stops) which wasn't ideal. All that said, I have no hesitation recommending this house, it was lovely. 4 stars is a very high mark (5 would have to be perfection).

This is an ideal spot for a family gathering. We had SO much fun. The home has plenty of space for all of us to enjoy ourselves comfortably. The area is LOVELY! Thank you so much for making the home available and sharing it's magic.

WE AND 8 OTHERS STAYED AT THE HOUSE FOR 3 DAYS WHILE ATLEAST 8 OTHERS CAME TO VISIT FOR THE DAY WHILE WE CELEBRATED MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY AND HELD A FRIENDS AND FAMILY ART EXHIBITION WHERE A LOCAL FRIEND BROUGHT HIS MOBILE ART STUDIO CALLED THE COLOR WHEEL AND WE BROUGHT ABOUT 50 PIECES OF POTTERY READY TO BE GLAZED (WE DID THAT IN THE COLOR WHEEL) THEN TOOK TO THE BEACH TO HAVE A FIRE AND RAKU FIRE THE PIECES. IT WAS FANTASTIC! I WAS ABLE TO USE THE BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN TO COOK ALL THE MEALS FOR ALL 20 PEOPLE ALL WHILE ALL THE HUMANS AND DOGGIES WERE COMFORTABLE TO COME IN OUT OF THE RAIN. THE ENTIRE HOUSE WAS FANTASTIC AND WE WILL BE STAYING AGAIN! DON'T HAVE ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PLACE! HONESTLY IT WAS PERFECT! THANK YOU!!! :)

We were very thankful the Weather Beach was available! The home location and amenities were perfect for a gathering of friends at the beach. This was a beautiful property, sitting right on the beach. Lots of space for our family with several bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate. Very clean upon arrival. Lots of extra towels and extra blankets if needed. Nicely furnished and wonderful kitchen, well stocked. Very peaceful and quiet. Grocery Store very close. Management was in contact often to make sure everything was going well. Looking forward to going back again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Once a year our family (8 of of this time) gathers at a Vrbo property somewhere in the US. Weather Beach in Ocean Park provided us with a magnificent location. We spent 9 days chillin' at this fantastic home, on a beach, in a laid back relaxing environment. We'd definitely go back and highly recommend.

Dynamite!
One of our favorite places to stay. We had an array of different ages, from 82 to 2 and it accommodated everyone. Love that it had one bedroom on the main level and the top floor was for the kids with toys and everything. The second floor bedrooms had a room with a crib which was so great! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook including some spices, flour and syrup!! They had games and kid stuff like crayons. The beach was a short 5 minute walk away. We had such a great time. Definitely recommend this house.
