my hotel room was excellence. The swimming pool was amazing.

The resort's structure is generally good. The staff is very helpful and polite.

I felt the resort offered few attractions for guests and also lacked a games room and a tennis court. They need to improve on that point. Also, the food at the buffet was somewhat repetitive and the desserts, for those who like them, were not appealing.

Took a few days to get my jacuzzi filled

On arrival we were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely touch. This is im guessing because the hotel was so empty. Pools were lovely and beach was clean.

We had no hot water on the first night, this was sorted within the hour but then for the remainder of the stay we had no hot water. As we were always in a rush from coming in from the daytime activity before heading straight out to the evening activity we didn't have an hour to wait for them to fix. Our door locks stopped working, so we couldn't gain access to the room, again this was fixed with new locks being fitted but again this meant we were locked out for over 40 mins when we wanted to get ready to go out for the evening. There was no buffet style food all meals were a la cart. Which is fine but not the usual all inclusive experience you expect. You want to try lots of different foods but this was just a 3 course meal for each meal. And the food was repeated most afternoons. Our safe wouldn't open and again we called for help and again this took 1 hour. Coffee shop closed at 5pm when it was supposed to be open until 10pm. There was a party going on until 6am in the next block with music banging. Overall place was beautiful but support was poor and the place needs a few main issues sorting. Food I get they didn't want the waste with so little guests but variety was missing.
