Manager Leo is the best representation of hospitality and the true Mexico. He is absolutely a fantastic host and shares all nice details to know about the area and Mexico. If something is broken, it gets fixed the same day. If somethings is needed, he makes sure we received it. A true professional in hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and we love Mexico.

Beware, if you are walking, the beach is quite far. The area is safe and quiet though.

the tap of our sink broke as it was clearly just glued together, I sent a message to the host and received no reply about it. The underground parking lot is pretty dangerous.

the appartment is really not in good condition. the showers were not clean, the kitchen was all grassy. We planed to cook their but when we realized the kitchen status we didn’t.

We arrived at 3pm believing we would be able to check in, but had to wait an extra hour because our rooms weren’t ready. there was no apology and they didn’t seem to care - kept saying “5 more minutes”. after a long day of travelling we wanted to relax but had to settle with sitting out the front by the “pool”. the pool is more like a pond. out the front with a small bridge going over the top which reduces the useable space of it. there is no parking there. the parking lot is very steep, small and can barely fit cars. our car scrapped all underneath trying to get into it and would recommend parking on the street. there were some funky smells coming from the bathroom which didn’t help when you stayed. can understand why people book it for a longer stay as it seems to have everything, but is missing towels to dry up dishes and proper glasses. when we arrived we had to wash all crockery as it was not clean

I loved everything about this property, it was close to the main part of Playa del Carmen but far enough away to be secluded. Leo was amazing, so welcoming

The staff is always great. The place is extremely roomy.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The AC worked well (though there was only one remote for 3 ACs!)

The kitchen was extremely ill equipped, having only handful of cutlery and cooking utensil. No kettle or toaster. No washing up liquid, tea towels etc. were provided. The showers were not good and there was lack of hot water. One of the toilet kept getting blocked. The swimming pool and the chairs were dirty. The WiFi only worked in the living room and did not work at all in the bedrooms. We will not recommend this place for a family if you want the comfort of an apartment. Only good for people looking for a place to sleep.

Very bright and spacious apartment. It was great for our family. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Location is decent. Still able to walk to the centre, the beach and the nearby supermarkets. The gentleman running the place and the cleaning lady were very nice.

The internet signal is awful. It only works in the living room near the windows or on the balcony. No wifi in the bedrooms. This unfortunately is the reason we didn't extend our stay longer. Aside from that, sometimes the hot water didn't work for showers. It could be a building thing and it runs out quicker when too many tenants use it. Cleaning service is offered every 2 days but it would be nice to provide a broom and extra garbage bags. I would have liked to maintain the cleanliness throughout as it gets really messy with kids.

A great amount of space in a quiet location, had a great nights sleep, very comfortable.

The fridge door was difficult to close, it had been left open before we arrived and had leaked water all over the floor. The wifi doesn’t quite reach all the rooms.

- We arrived late in the evening and needed to park in the garage, but the next morning the garage turned out to be too small. when they woke us up at 7AM to move the car, so another car could go out for work…! Next time we will pay attention to this before parking.. - After the matrasses are renewed, we will come back for a longer term stay!

Great flat with a lot of space and everything you need. The flat was also really clean and staff was very helpfull! I would totally recommend this place.

The owner of the hotel ist very friendly! The interior from the apartments is really good, the rooms were very bright and the atmosphere was great. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the two balconies. We were very happy to have an elevator to not have to go 6 floors everytime. The pool looks nice but we didn't use it during our time. Wifi was good (see below)

We had to go down to the reception every time we needed drinking water (no dispenser in the apartment). Two times there wasn't any water left and we had to wait a few hours to have drinking water again. During our stay we had two apartments. In the first one the wifi didn't work in every room (only in the living room but there it was good). But we didn't have problems with the wifi in the second apartment. The kitchen has basic things to cook something on your own but there wasn't enough cutlery for four people. The place is a little bit out of town (no restaurants or shops nearby). You can either walk to the main road and try to catch a taxi there or ask at the reception for the number of the taxi.
