Beautiful location and food was good.
Small stuffy room but comfortable bed and good linen.

Beautiful rural surroundings
Not too close to public transport but lots of parking.

The environment and facilities are all excellent
The staff need training and leadership. Areas like the bar had young willing people, but no guidance when things got busy and a lack of technical knowledge. To serve wine and nobody knows about wine is poor at a venue of this nature. It needs different levels of staff, to help the inexperienced learn and grow

The staff were very helpful. It's lovely old house in attractive grounds.
We seem to have been assigned the least desirable rooms. Very warm and airless with only a 'view' of the kitchens. Add to that the constant sound of the kitchen fans and the overall Impression was not what I had hoped for.
