Good size apartment, and good city views from both sides ;-)
We stayed there with a group of friends, and it met our needs.
Ca 25 min traveling to the city by metro and many groceries and bakers nearby.
Cleanliness and facilities were a bit so-so, but it was fine all in all. Just be aware that hosts don't speak English, but it's doable by google translation. Signs on the walls said they expected "No noise pollution after 7PM", it seems to be a little overkill requirement, also in context of overall street life in evenings.

The location didn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend for families or small Female groups.
The facilities were reasonable the bathroom wasn’t particularly clean
