Location was nice near Republique and Marais
The facilities felt a bit dated

It was a simple process - code to get into the building and then a code to get into the apartment. We did not have to mess around with keys or key safe etc.
The aircon is a real plus - especially if you stay in summer. You can also open up the patio doors to the courtyard. Well equipped throughout.
In a perfect world it would be slightly bigger, but this is reflected fairly in the price. I forgot I had to pay a deposit, so I panicked a little when I could not find the codes to get into the building. It would be great to have a couple of reminder emails to make sure this is clearer.

Great location and on the ground floor

Clean. Good appliances and facilities. Spacious by Paris standards. Good air conditioning. Good to be on ground floor so no stairs which was essential for us.
Toilet seat was loose. Some wear and tear chips in surface of vanity in bathroom area.
Groups of idle people just hanging around outside in the street close to the building made us feel insecure when entering and leaving premises.
