The location is great, super near the train station.

The radiator was continuously making noises, also throughout the night. The apartment was super small; I know that it said "mini studio" but you could almost not even pass between the bed and the window in order to close the blinds or curtains! The kitchen was so tight and full with the coffee machine etc. that cooking was difficult; additionally there was nothing for cleaning the dishes (scourer or soap); there was also no wine glasses, or ice cubes; and the coffee machine was quite complicated (no coffee capsules) and splashing out coffee drops at least 20cm all around the machine, messy! The table for working or eating was "recessed" between the window & kitchen looking at the door, not very pleasant. The bathroom was like in a campervan, like a plastic cabinet kind of; functional but super tiny and not nice. Bed not very comfy, but ok; pillows however quite bad (super flat!).

Location was perfect, only 5 minute walk from where I was visiting family

The hotel was very close to Zug Station and lakefront. Room very clean. Large fridge and good quality coffee machine. Room was very warm - the were to windows (both double glazing) so insulation was excellent and no noise (it is quite in general). Bed very comfortable. Wifi connection good. Will definitely stay again next time.

Maybe extra pillows (on request maybe).

Location is good for business travelers. Simple, but in line with the price.

- You had to use the toilet sideways as it was too close to the shower. - Don't sell a 140 bed as a full bed. Put in a normal two person bed especially when the room has enough space. - They were knocking on the door 10.00 sharp to check you out. - Overall room design hasn't been though through, the electricity cable of the water kettle couldn't reach the electricity plug as it was place too high. We had the junior studio apartment and the extra space we got was in essence a larger entry space you don't use....but no usable space.

Warm, small

Small Room perfect for a quick stay and fully furnished with all the necessary. Close to the center and station

Some light from the window during the morning, the curtain doesn't cover fully and you can book minimum 2 nights

Location and super clean and comfortable

We were required to check the inventory as we must pay for any damages. However, the inventory list was glued on the door so it was very inconvenient to do it, given there are more than 20 items to check.

The contactless check-in is functional and of great flexibility.

Very central location

Room is only comfortable for 1 person. If you are 2 people, this room will be very small.

great location free laundry facilities

Very hot at night, no air conditioning, windows don't fully open. On the day of arrival, 30 minutes past check in time, I get an email saying the place is not available and I they relocate me to a smaller room for a lesser price and a link to pay without even showing photos of the new room and not even asking if I agree with this option.

Call center was super quick and helpful

The room smelled like someone smoked in there for years. Even after opening the windows the smell was still there. Struggled with getting the right parking spot as the one I got was occupied and after calling they assigned a new spot. But apparently, it has not been communicated to anyone so on the day I left I got a note on my windshield that I parked wrongly and they would remove my car.

No air conditioning

The room was very clean, cozy and quite.

The apartments share the building with a diner. The smell of deep fried food and garbage was all over the place at nearly any time of the day. My entrance code would not work! Had to ring their CS or wait for someone to let me in every time. They only clean up once a week so if you are there for 3 days, as I was, you'll need to wash your own dishes and use the same towels. The pillows were as uncomfortable as it gets.

Good position, clean room and bathroom

We were 4 guests in 2 rooms, we asked for 4 more pillows because the one we got were extremely thin and not comfortable at all.. We received just two pillows, for four people. So two of us were able to sleep well and two not. Doesn't make any sense :) The rooms were smaller then expected from the pictures, the bed is on the side of a wall, so it's difficult for people that cannot move easily to reach one side of the bed.

The location is great, quiet street. The apartaments are new, renovated, very clean! The cleaning ladies are super nice and helpful. 🥰

- Pillows: they are made with feathers and get squashed as soon as you put your veas on It. I don't know if Vision have another kind of pillows, but for "fluffy pillow lovers" could be better 😋 - Mirror: a full-lenght Drier
