For the cost of a nice hotel, instead we enjoyed having a full kitchen to utilize, 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The furniture was comfortable, the location worked for us and our needs. The last evening we walked to the Smokehouse restaurant for dinner, cute little BBQ place. We would not hesitate to stay again if visiting Kansas City! There were 4 of us, if our other son came, there would have been a separate bed for him and still plenty of room. For the price per night, it is most definitely a 5 star! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for a large family! Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Loved that there was an onsite washer and dryer, especially since we had small children with us. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great location, close to parks, have stayed here a couple times now and its quiet, clean, and great for the family.

Very nice stay
This house was very clean, and great for someone with allergies to pets because carpet is new and I had no problems. Lots of room in bedrooms. The back porch could use a nicer table and chairs, and the back yard is very small - but it fit all our needs. Everything we needed was stocked in the property, and the host was very responsive to any of our needs. A/C worked great also!

The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cutlery (There were only 3 regular size spoons but since the rest was service for 12 I think that previous guests may have used them. Baking dishes and pans were plentiful I even got to make 4 batches of my famous chocolate chip cookies the week .that we stayed here.)The location is great - close to the grocery stores and lots of restaurants

This property was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cutlery (There were only 3 regular size spoons but since the rest was service for 12 I think that previous guests may have used them. We had a great stay at this property. It really had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - plenty of kitchen ware of every kind (from wine glasses/opener to pots/pans/bakeware to serving ware for kids), plenty of linens. It was very clean. Also easy freeway access.

Perfectly fitting
This home was a perfect fit for 4 adults and 4 kids. The bunk beds made a great room for the kids to sleep in. All necessities were provided. We only needed food. The interior of the home as nice and well kept. The beds were exceptional! Easy access to anything you might want to do.

PERFECT LOCATION
My girlfriends and I enjoyed our moms weekend away, and this place just the perfect location to every place we wanted to visit. Exceptionally clean, fully stocked with any thing we could think we needed. Comfy beds and pillows. The owner was quick to help us with any questions or needs that may have came up. Definitely on my list to rent again next time when visiting the area.

You won’t be disappointed!
We stayed at Vanessas property for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint. The house was spotless upon check in. Check in was a breeze with just a hiccup with the cleaners running a bit behind. The house has everything and more you would need. The coffee options are a great touch! Even supplying cream and sugar. The furniture is comfy and in great condition..and the beds AMAZING! I am actually going to purchase the same one from the owners suite. The quality of the linens was superb. I will stay here again as my niece lives in KC, the location is literally 15 minutes to anywhere. Vanessa was great, you just can’t go wrong with this rental, and I should know as I have stayed in more VRBO’s then I can count.

Excellent Stay
The experience at this property was excellent. It was conveniently located and the accommodations were clean and modern, and the property was well stocked with quality furnishings and amenities. I would definately stay again if in need of a rental home in the area.

We enjoyed staying at this property, plenty of space for my family - very clean & comfortable. Easy drive to the things we wanted to do. Lots of extra touches that made our trip special - including a movie night in the living room and board game night courtesy of the selection we found in the closet.
